The jackery team was very helpful when I had a warranty issue. The team responded very quickly with some key troubleshooting elements and then when we determine that it was a warranty issue they got me a new unit out right away. No issues whatsoever as far as the product. Very happy with the product. I have two of them and would definitely recommend them to others.

I ordered a replacement cord for my solar panel and the wrong part was shipped. Once I contacted jackery the fixed the issue and sent the correct one to me.

I didn't purchase a unit due to conflicting information. I called and asked if I could charge the 3600 with my gasoline generator not an inverter. Your person told me yes but everything i read said you couldn't with a conventional generator.

The shipment was lost by the carrier and customer service went out of their way yo send a replacement.

Excellent customer service, spectacular product support, and unequalled communication.

Excellent and well functioning product. Easy to use and comes with great instructions. Puts two solar panels into one input. Excellent.

It has helped me numerous times of power outage when needed,love this product.

Eergisteren mijn thuisaccu van Jackery ontvangen met een p1 meter. Alles keurig aangesloten, maar de Jackery p1 meter defect. Tweemaal gebeld met de klantenservice en je wordt met een kluitje het riet ingestuurd! Zeer slechte service medewerkers! Uiteindelijk maar een Homewizard P1 meter gekocht. Aangesloten, ingesteld en de Jackery thuisaccu werkt naar behoren. Door de slechte klantenservice zal ik in ieder geval niet snel weer wat bestellen bij Jackery.

I bought 2 Jackery V2 500 Watt units from Costco last month and find them great assets
I have just ordered a Jackery 1000 W V2 to cope with more powerful loads
So far these units are very very useful

⭐️ Very disappointing customer service and delivery experience

I ordered a Jackery 1000 v2 in July, along with a solar panel. The Jackery itself was delivered, but unfortunately the solar panel was delivered separately and this is where the problems started.

The delivery company initially had the parcel out for delivery on a day when I waited in specifically to receive it, but it never arrived. It was then apparently taken out for delivery again on a day when I was unable to be home. Despite the delivery instructions stating that the parcel was not to be left outside, the parcel was apparently left on my doorstep while I was not home.

By the time I returned, the parcel was gone.

I immediately checked with neighbours and nobody had received it or taken it in for me. I then went through the process Jackery asked me to follow, including reporting the matter to the police and providing Jackery with the police crime reference number.

Since then, I have had more than 20 messages back and forth with Jackery trying to resolve this. I have provided everything that has been requested of me and have fully cooperated throughout the investigation.

Despite this, I am now being asked to provide a police report again, even though I have already provided the police crime reference number and completed everything I was asked to do.

At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I have spent a considerable amount of time chasing this, providing information and answering messages, yet I still don’t have the solar panel I paid for and the matter remains unresolved.

I purchased from Jackery expecting a reputable company to deal with any delivery problems properly. Instead, I feel like I have been passed around and repeatedly asked for information I have already provided.

I have done everything that has been asked of me. I simply want Jackery to take responsibility for resolving this and provide a fair outcome.

Very disappointing experience and, based on how this has been handled, I would seriously think twice about ordering from Jackery again.

Mein Jackery 500 Defekt ,nach Telefonat Fotos und Video machen mehrmals Email Austausch Gerät in Orginalverbackung mit allem Zubehör zurückgeschickt. Nach 4Wochen in Einfachen Karton ohne Zubehör ein Gebrauchtes Gerät zurück bekommen. So einen schlechten Service habe ich lange nicht erlebt.

The best replacement experience we have ever had with a company. Staff were friendly and professional and the return and replacement were super fast! Love our Jackery 3000 home and would definitely recommend this company and their products!

So far, I really appreciate the Jackery products and accessories that I've installed in my home. As of this writing, I've had three power outages since the installation, and the system kicked in immediately. I can't ask for any more than that - seamless and reliable.

Your product is very good! Mastering the unit took a little while, but the benefit was worth the effort. I am switching between your unit and the utility company to reduce my monthly bill. The unit has no problem running my whole house. Thank you! When we were in CA four years ago, we paid $20,000 for solars panels.

The setup was easier than expected. I was able to make it operational in less than an hour charging with a generator. The solar panel installation was easy and it now powers the unit. Using this configuration I can power my small refrigerator for a week. I think to totally go solar I would need a second X500. I cant use the app without an internet connection.

Ease of ordering online. We had to return something as it was not needed and excellent customer service dealing with that. Highly recommended. We've been using this at our camp for power and it's been amazing.
