Internet Gardener 

Really good customer service. Lady called to arrange delivery and happily rearranged as was going on holiday.

I ordered table and chairs and additional table cover on 15th June 2019 – expecting a 5 – 10 day delivery time (as stated on the web page) I received a “order confirmation” email and then no other communication.
5 days after purchase I added a comment directly to the website enquiring after the expected delivery date – and received no response.
I then emailed Internet Gardener and telephoned numerous times and received no response.
When I finally spoke to someone after 2 days of trying I was advised that the item was out of stock and would be arriving later that week (again I had previously received no communication to advise me of this, and would not have been made aware of the issue if I hadn’t personally chased it up)
I then emailed again on 26th June to say I still hadn’t heard anything regarding delivery and did not get a response to that email either.
The haulage company phoned me the following day to arrange delivery. I had understood that Internet Gardener offered “delivery to the front of the property”, however, upon arrival they refused to bring the vehicle down the unadopted road leading to my property – citing that it was kerbside delivery only – i.e. they were suggesting leaving a 100Kg table and chairs at the top of the unadopted road – approximately 200 metres from my property. (Please note that I have previously had builders merchant deliveries, furniture deliveries and even a hot tub delivery and none of these companies had expressed any issues with delivering to the front of my property!)
After 35 phone calls throughout the day (all instigated by myself) to Internet Gardener, the driver and the haulage company we agreed for delivery to be re-arranged for Friday 5th July 2019. On arrival the driver again refused to bring the vehicle down to my property and eventually one of my (kind) neighbours agreed to have the items left on their driveway (300m from my house) whilst I organised, hired and paid for a transit van to transport them from there to my property.
Finally, after unpacking the items we were very disappointed to note that:
• The rain cover ordered was missing
• One cushion had a rip on the piping
• The stitching was loose on 2 other cushions
After several telephone calls I have finally received the rain cover and replacement cushions, but have not received either an acknowledgement or apology for any of the frustration and upset caused despite emailing them the day after the event citing all of the above issues.
I have found the whole experience very upsetting – the customer service is appalling and the delivery service is abysmal. I cannot believe a company would think it appropriate to leave items on a main road without the necessary means to deliver them to the property,

Internet Gardener went above and beyond in making sure that this bulky item arrived in time for a special event, including follow up to make sure that all was well - which it was.

Ordered a build in BBQ and paid extra for the build in brackets. They sent the incorrect brackets which didn't fit the BBQ. I rang the customer service team who advised I needed to send an email. I have sent 4 emails over the course of 3 weeks and have had no response at all.

I had to buy brackets locally and adapt them to fit the BBQ so it could be fitted. I now have a £50 set of useless brackets I can't return because the customer service team is not responding.

Absolutely awful customer service.

Internet Gardener is happy to accept your order, take your money and only after that advises that they will have no stock for weeks. Best avoided.

Excellent Products, Competitive Prices and very good Customer Service. The range of products available is very good and fits all budgets. I have purchased a few items through Internet Gardener and have been please with what we have bought. However I have had problems, but the key issue for me is how responsive and quickly Internet Gardener dealt with the issues. I can say that I was very pleased with the support I received and the outcomes. Internet Gardeners customer support is excellent and a special thank you to Bethany whose communication skills are spot on.So if you are looking for garden furniture, I would have no hesitation in recommending Internet Gardener and I would have no hesitation in using in the future.

We ordered a bramblecrest outdoor dining set on 28th June. We basically had to chase delivery up with couple of emails and given Tuesday 23rd July pm for delivery by josh from your company. I took time off work and no delivery came! After couple of phone calls they said couldn’t get a hold of the delivery folk! My husband rang them the following day to say that he would cancel the order if they couldn’t guarantee another day which was supposed to be today 26th. Yesterday he was told it’s coming on 25th! Which it did. But I’m afraid I will not buy from this company again because of the lack of communication through them and the delivery team. They need to take a leaf out of other companies re delivery’s! And there staff to be fully aware of delivery dates before telling customers.😡😡

My order was sent out hours after I ordered it online..I would have almost got it in 2 days if the delivery companny hadn't let us down.. they sent to wrong address ,didn't let anyone know, didn't leave it with anyone, didn't call or give tracking option. TNT were appaling in every respect.. however TOP Mark's to internet gardener, they tracked it down, emailed and called and made sure it got to my house.. i received compensation for the hassle..I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.... customer care was brilliant. 🤩

IG were fantastic to deal with and the product 8 chairs, a large elliptical glass top table and parasol are the best, most comfortable and stunning adornment on my patio.
All the IG team were exemplars of what brilliant customer service looks like and in my experience they showed complete commitment and passion for getting things right.
They really deserve a 6 star rating as 5 stars is too few to express how fantastic IG have been!
