Well I clicked onto the web site and a black parasol on sale £199 reduced by £300 from £499.
Great so I clicked onto the link and it shows two colours black and sand. The black is the bolder photo and shows reduced by £300 from £499 now £299. So I gave them a call and it’s a mistake. It’s the sand one reduced to £199 but it’s the black one in the original photo not the sand one. Not impressed at all.

We purchased a parasol in August. We noticed one of the LED strip lights were not working and we contacted customer service and they came back with they were very busy so we sent an email. We have now spoken with them 3 weeks ago and emailed last week again. Still waiting for a reply ( 14/9/19) on the phone to customer service now 15 mins and they have just cut me off. Buyer beware as their customer service is very poor if you get the problem

Delivery was very quick. The product itself is excellent quality and I particularly liked the hook and loop for securing the cover around the legs of the sofa without having to lift it up. So far so good at withstanding the rain.

Got our order really quickly, well packaged, and very happy with our new garden umbrella.

Ordered a wonderful rattan bar garden set great service really helpful sales staff and prompt delivery. Then tried to order 2 more bar chairs which turned into a bit of a nightmare,wrong ones sent and proved very difficult to get the correct chairs despite numerous phone calls and emails until I had the fortunate luck of dealing with Klaudia Chechova who then dealt with the problem in a very professional manner!

Arrived when promised - quick and simply done!

Took my money when goods were not available. Be very careful and make sure you use PayPal or some other payment system to stand a chance of getting your money back.

I saw a favourable price on the internet advertising an item I required. I telephoned the company to check the price and was told by the rep of the company she would need to check with her boss. Upon her return she told me that it was a human error and I could not have the item at the price advertised. I pointed out that in the Sale of Goods Act they should honour their error and the projected sale should be allowed. I was told that they could decline this (in their small print apparently).
Very disappointed with their sales attitude.
