Internet Gardener 

I ordered 2 items from their website at the end of August. The money was taken straight away after which I then received an email saying that they did not have the stock and I would have to wait until the end of September to receive the items. Come the middle of October, one item is missing in the post. Following multiple phone calls I am no closer to receiving this item. This company fails to update customers but very quickly takes money for items they do not have. Apparently, having an up-to-date stock list is far too difficult for them. During one of my calls chasing up the lost item, I asked when I would receive the second half of the order. I was then informed that there was another 6 week delay! Waiting until November when they took the money in August is disgraceful. I would avoid at all costs - you have to chase constantly, when they state that they will keep you updated they do not.

Placed an order on the 7th, rang next day to find out the delivery day. They couldn't find the order even though I had received a receipt for the money paid. Was told that the shoes were in stock but not the boots but they would be with them on Wednesday and was it ok to delivery both items on Thursday. I agreed to this. Then I was told the boots wouldn't be with them until Friday. So I asked that the shoes be delivered, so fed up with the service I cancelled the boot order. Wasn't sure if I would ever get them to be honest. Got confirmation that the shoes would be delivered next day (Thursday) it's Saturday I still don't have the shoes or a refund on the boots. Don't use this company they are taking money without having things in stock, not fulfilling delivery promises and not refunding money. If they can't deliver a pair of shoes and boots I dread to think how they manage to deliver bigger items.

Purchased a Cantilever Parasol recently (which I might add was priced at nearly £200 off of the RRP as well as substantially cheaper than anyone else's so called "deals"!)

Bit of a mix up over the inclusion of a cover with the order though, so I requested that one be sent out free of any Postage & Package charges.

Instead I was sent one totally free of charge "for the inconvenience"!

These people not only offer products at great prices, but certainly know the meaning of "customer care" when it comes to correcting any mistakes (albeit an extremely minor one!)

Totally happy with my purchase and the levels of customer service received, and will certainly use them again, as well as having no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
