I have had an excellent experience. I am so happy with how smoothly my international shipping process went (from NY to France). I recently moved from Wisconsin to Spain and worked with Avi first and then Ronnie and Jeanine. They were both amazing. They helped me prepare for the move and then during the time my things actually shipped from the US to Europe.
It was a great experience and I will recommend International Sea and Air Shipping to anyone who has to move overseas.

It was very seamless during the relocating of my things from America to the Far East.

To be honest.I don't have any problem with International sea and air shipping based in New york. Avi,Jeanine and Ronnie are very professional and honest in helping me.They are there to answer all my questions everytime I'm in doubt. thanks to them, my 5 star is intended for them.Regarding the Melcon logistics especially Mart Lacson he has the attitude of not helping the costumer. He put the costumer down and try to make it difficult instead.. In my case,I was very apprehensive and stressed because he emailed me the ETA which is changed multiple times which makes our own appointments cancelled and halted.I understand it depends upon the shipping,weather and etc but, why not giving the costumer the estimated ETA of 3-4 weeks for example from singapore to philippines.,When it arrived in philippines Sept 4,2024.slow pocessing again sets in it become worsed .I was able to see the documents only on Sept. 11,2024 trying many times to ask them. I was able to process it in the Bureau of customs and pay the exact appraised value of duties not the increased one on a friday Sept.13.Today is the last day supposed to be the container will be delivered home but needs to be checked by PDEA, My experienced with melcon logistics is an additional of what is on record.I am not digging anything but i heard about it."THE WORD OF MOUTH IS A GOOD REFERENCE"either[ good or bad]. I am not labelling everyboby in melcon logistics has same aim,sure there are good people there as well.With this review im giving to them i hope my container will still be delivered safely at home.this is the additional BAD experience of Melcon logistics the paper works which needs to be sign so that the delivery order will be ready Mart Lacson refused to give it to ahead of time so that I will be late in processing it then they will collect a demurrage again this is totally an obvious scam of the logistics in the Philippines . Melcon logistics Mart Lacson let me pay another 950 plus pesos because of being late and actually it is all the fault of Melcon logistics because they never coordinate with me instead they make it very difficult so that they will earn money.The Delivery order was E mailed very late on Sept. 19,2024 at about 1610 and delivery was made Middle of the night which is supposed to be done earlier if melcon logistics aim is to help the customers but there aim is to let the customer pay more money to them.BEWARE OF MELCON LOGISTICS-MART LACSON forwarder to phillipes they are not a reliable company to send container to Philippines Another drama melcon logistics told me that the money they collected from me will all goes to the government.Why?it is not my responsibility to pay their tax.The more that I hate this logistics LIAR

Jonhyel and Joel were amazing to work with. They both came in with all respect for my family and my house. They got hear within the alloted time and they got straight to it. Simply amazing. They got done earlier than expected and the moving truck will be here on Saturday instead of Monday to allow me to get some cleaning done.

Wow,where do I start? First, it sounds too good to be true, because they don't mention the deposit you have to put down which is not included in the full price.

Second, they say you don't have to do any work, total lie. The Dutch company that was working with bringing our stuff to Germany sent all paper I didn't know I would be filling out (since they intentionally make it sound like they take care of everything) to the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. After weeks they finally send the final form I needed (meanwhile, we're waiting for call that doesn't come)

Finally, you cannot pay the way you want. You have to do direct transfers because they DONT ALLOW DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Hillary was terrific-- helpful, kind, and supportive during my major move. i don't think i could have done it without her. in short, she's a gem.

I used International Sea & Air Shipping to move to England in 2015 and was very pleased with the service. We are now moving back to the US, and I have engaged them once again and have been very satisfied with their service. The packers were great, and efficient. And Hillary in NYC did her best to keep extra costs to a minimum. I would engage them again.

International Sea & Air Shipping staff are very professional and they made commitments to provide services and quoted prices that were reasonable and they stuck to their promises. Shipping times were varied based on my container size, but they met the window of time and my belongings arrived in great condition. Great job guys and I will definitely use your services again. I had a great experience moving my grand piano from Europe to the US. The staff was very professional, friendly and responsive. They kept me updated with every detail of the move, and the piano arrived in excellent conditions. I would use them again!

The experience we had was absolutely seamless. My wife was very apprehensive about making this move. The crew came in on time and briefly spoke with us and went right to work in an extremely organized manner. They were polite courteous, and professional, answering any questions that we had. The crew was very timely. The crew chief was a good leader with a great team.

I would give them a five star rating plus in the states. They had professionals that were kind communicated well with me some things I had already been some things I wanted them to pack and other items I wanted us to pack them together, which were my collectibles that are very breakable, they were great about all three ways when I arrived over here in the Philippines the ones that came in great before they brought stuff in they brought in rolls of cardboard to lay it all out in the living room or wherever was needed so that it would protect my floor Out of all the times I have moved. This company is the first ones that have ever done that once I arrived here the check with me to make sure everything‘s going well before and after and as far as I’m concerned, I’m not even gonna put a claim on the damage when you look at how much stuff that gets packed it’s impossible not to have some damage , it was minimal. I was going to recommend him and I do strongly you can’t go wrong in my opinion.

We just completed a 6 week moving experience with International Sea & Air, and we couldn't be happier with the service. From the 1st day in New Mexico, we were treated w/. on time sevice, polite and hardworking movers, and careful packing. We were present for packing and unloading of our household goods. Careful packaging, loading, & unloading were done the whole time. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning an international move.

International Sea & Air is a great company for shipping international, we sent a vehicle and it got to the destination safe. The team of International Sea & Air (Lorraine and Hector) were great, and transparent at all times and made the process easy and smooth. Moving overseas can be a hard task to do. Intl Sea & Air made this much easier. They quickly gave us a quote. On moving day they packed everything up that wasn’t already done by us. We recently engaged International Moving to ship tools and household items “door to door” from a farm in rural Missouri to a farm in Costa Rica. This was my first experience with such a move, and I was nervous. Everyone we encountered at International was responsive, patient, did exactly what they said, and alleviated any fear. I highly recommend International Moving, and will use them again in the future.

The experience of shipping 103 artworks from Maryland to Switzerland has been very good. Communications are superb, the ground staff is kompetent, courteous, efficient, timely.
The fee is reasonable - I priced several other companies. The additional fee after the disaster in Baltimore also is appropriate. So far, superb experience.

Scary to entrust everything we own to anyone, but the experience could not have gone better! We shipped our belongings from NYC to France without a problem. Everything arrived in great condition and the process was very polished and professional from start to finish.
