Moving is generally an overwhelming process but with this company it made the transition much less daunting. I was met with great communication across the board & quick assembly of my furniture. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of a seamless move!

I hired this company to help us move from the United States to Uruguay back in December 2023. The reason why i write this review so late is because the issue with the motorcycle is now just solved.In the beginning everything seemed to go well.We spoke about all the items that we wanted to have shipped.Later i called with an employee of this company about shipping a motorcycle or even an car to Uruguay. The car he didn't recommend taking along because it would take to much space.Which i could see that it would.The day comes for picking up our belongings the motorcycle goes in the truck as well.The company that picked up our belongings also said it wouldn't be a big deal to ship in a motorcycle. SO stupid me i believed them and i never checked on the internet myself, because i think that's why you hire an company for, right?? Now the motorcycle was in the truck ,stood in storage in for 6 months got loaded in the container to Uruguay without papers and without a crate what they use when they normally ship motorcycles in. In june a got a call from the Uruguayan shipping company Uruvan .Is there is an toy motorcycle in the container? I told them no ,a full size motorcycle. Well international movers told them it was a toy motorcycle. It never stood on paper as a toy motorcycle. It was a motorcycle packed by them and loaded and it stood on the truck loading papers as a motorcycle , not a toy motorcycle. The two companies had contact with eachother
earlier but never even took the time to reach out to me.The motorcycle was shipped in without any official documents.I had no clue ,they told me they would take care of everything and i believed them.If i knew up front that it isn't allowed to ship in an motorcycle i would have never bothered. Once the motorcycle arrived here i almost got charged with smuggling. THANKS A LOT!! For me it was one big disaster , they never, never even mentioned that it is NOT ALLOWED to bring anything in that is motorized.I still have an email from another employee saying it IS allowed to bring a motorcycle into Uruguay and that it was my fault for not contacting the customs here and that it wasn't on the survey ,there were a lot of things that didn't come along and i spoke about everything but of course over de phone so how can you proof that??.What a BS!! It costed me alot of money ( roughly $10.000 )and a lot of stress and they absolutely didn't want to admit their fault. And they didn't want to pay for any of the cost that was involved in this.You are on your own when stuff like this happens! .I had to ship the motorcycle back to the USA from Uruguay .They did like it was nothing to ship it back to the US, there is a little bit more involved that just shipping it straight back in.I had to find my own people for receiving the motorcycle. It couldn't go back in my name as i am not a resident of the US. For me they had zero service and zero knowledge. GOOD advise for people who are going to move; better check yourself on the internet, don't rely on this company telling you something like i did. I absolutely wouldn't recommend that you work with this company. It is an disaster!!!! I did work before with another shipping company from the Netherlands to the U.S without any trouble but that was a small company that doesn't ship to south America .

I see that they replied that everything was self pack. When we spoke the first time we agreed; i would do the smaller items and the bigger items the company would do them .You can clearly see that on the packing list too.The bigger items are done by the carrier.What also strange was that the carrier told me we paid for full packing? You reply to this review that you offered the cheapest rate, you mean the full shipping rate back to the U.S?Because that's what it was , and again everything would be my responsibility and risk, so if anything would go wrong ,i would have trouble in the states too.I absolutely did not want that to happen.International movers didn't give me a good feeling about shipping it back and you wonder why? And to go back about that motorcycle not being included in the survey, i called about it and also about bringing our car, it wasn't mentioned it wasn't allowed to ship in motorized items.Your employee claims months later when the issue is going on here in Uruguay it is still allowed to bring in an motorcycle. IT ISN'T PERIOD!! You just CANNOT!! It should never have been put in the container, you could cleary see it was a motorcycle when is was put in the container.It never was packed properly. And for declaring it by customs what is there to the declare if is it ISN'T ALLOWED And if i have to declare myself ,why do i hire an moving company? Then i would be better just to rent a container with shipment for roughly 3000 and pay later the customs fees etc.Would be way cheaper to go that route.You hire an company so you get expertise and help.

From the first call to Ana to receiving our shipment from Florida to Ireland the service was amazing. The whole team were there if we needed to speak. Thank you to Ronnie and Ana for making this a great experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

My goods were protected and shipped safely and quickly and to top it all off the delivery team was kind and professional. I gave two stars due to the significant damage to our furniture. They did a good job packing our glassware, but they get low marks for the insufficient packing of the more expensive items like furniture.
When our goods arrived, the glassware was mostly intact, only 3 glass items were broken.
However, the Dresser, footboard to our king size bed, a bedpost, and one side table were significantly damaged.
The footboard to our king size bed was the most severely damage either due to the packing in Dallas, mishandling/abuse in the warehouse or in transit. The Mahogany foot board was dropped at some point because there is a large CRACK at the top of the footboard. There were also significant chips on the Dresser. One of the bedposts was also dropped because a portion was missing. The bedroom suite was Mahogany and very special to us. We bought it when we got married, it was beautifully made. We took special care of our furniture. This was the first time the furniture was ever moved since the original delivery. I did not expect the furniture to be so mishandled to the extent that the furniture was severely damaged due to negligence.
We also had a leather side table where the top was stripped of the leather.
If you plan to use this company, I do not recommend shipping furniture. It appears that glassware gets better care than expensive furniture.

This move was emotionally very important to me because I was moving my mother’s forniture and few precious objects from Italy to the USA.
I didn’t have anyone who could recommend a company for the move. I relied on the internet and found International Sea &Air Shipping.
From the very beginning, all the steps of the process were extremely smooth.
Hillary Cammer was very patient and guided me through the whole process, the Italian shipping partners were very efficient and the final USA moving partners were fantastic, moving with extreme care and opening every item making sure everything was fine. This last part under icy pathway.
I highly recommend this company.

Not only did I use this company once but twice! Excellent service! First shipment from New Jersey to a small country town in Italy. 112 boxes! Everything arrived ahead of schedule and completely intact! I then had to send a second shipment of rugs and several additional boxes. Again, ahead of schedule and nothing broken. Niki, Jeanine and Ronnie saved us! We can’t thank you enough for all your help and constant communication! This company is the only way to go!!

Last summer I had a shipment sent from overseas. International Sea and Air Shipping received it in New Jersey and arranged for it to be delivered to Boston, including storing it for a few months to give me time to finish a huge work crunch. Ronny and Tanya took care of everything and were very flexible about my changing schedule. Their partner here in Massachusetts delivered everything to my home at exactly the promised time and put everything where I wanted it. They unloaded in 45 minutes. I'm almost tempted to move, just to use them again.

I used International Moving in 2019 when I moved from China to Michigan in USA. Move was perfect in every way, so when I was retiring and moving to the Philippines, they were first company I contacted. Of course I got competitive quotes and, while they were not cheapest, based on previous experience I chose them again.

My US house sold more quickly than expected and quick closing and possession were required, so it was necessary to schedule packing and pick up with very short notice, but it went smoothly.

As I was building a house at my destination and completion was delayed several times, furniture delivery kept being moved back but it was easy to adjust - just a quick email and payment for monthly storage.

House was finally completed and delivery scheduled. Due to living on a small island, which is one of several thousand in the Philippines, there were a few unexpected logistic challenges but it was easy to stay in contact with the local office to keep everything moving smoothly. Delivery day arrived and once more all items were delivered in good condition.

While I hope to not make another international move, I have learned to never say never, and should that happen, I would again use International Moving for that service.

We had a very good experience moving household goods to the USA from a rural location in Germany. The team maintained good communication with us during the whole process. They seemed to coordinate the move almost seamless from our end. We had a good local mover overseas handling the boxes and items. It was not a large move but we were happy with the condition of the goods at arrival. There was one item we wish in retrospect was wrapped a little better. We made a good decision taking the advice of the individual that referred International and the overall performance of the company.

Just find the company online, we were unsure about it but we have to send our items. So we send an email. Robert answer the next day.
And from there we were guided thru the process. Our shipment arrived with no damage, from GA, USA to Bangkok, Thailand.
