Réactivité et professionnalisme

À trois semaines du séjour notre réservation a été annulée par le propriétaire. L’agence Interhome nous a tout de suite proposé deux alternatives, et bien que les logements soient plus chers que le logement initial nous n’avons pas payé de surplus. Ils ont été très réactifs et professionnels.

I rented a vacation rental in Villars…DISGUSTING

I rented a vacation rental in Villars Sur Ollon for 6 nights in August, 2024......Le Bristol A54 based on the pictures and description.......How deceiving it was....The double balcony ( primary reason i rented plus location ) had approx. 30% of ceiling paint peeling off in a few places as well as the railings covered in mold and peeling paint...Falling paint chips while sitting on balcony...Other than apologies when i went to local office next day to complain, they eventually offered a 7% refund, saying it was "a very generous " offer...I rejected that and the complaint went eventually to the home office.
The home office did admit that the unit "needed a complete renovation when i sent them the pictures and would do after the season was over and said that " the quality of the apartment has NOT been compromised in any way " so the 7% was still a generous offer that would NOT be changed.
So they admit that the unit needs a" complete renovation" and say the quality has not been compromised "....HUH ?..and still they will continue to rent" till the season is over " to fix it...It is blatant false advertising in my opinion...DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

de lokatie is fantastisch, zo vlak aan het strand. In de omgeving valt genoeg te beleven voor jong en oud.
Dan wat aandachtspunten: het complex is heel minimaal. Het meubilair is oud en oncomfortabel en zo ook de inrichting van de gezamelijke ruimte.
De schoonmaak was erg minimaal en ons appartement zat vol met schimmel.
De medewerkers van het plaatselijke kantoor deden hun best om ons appartement schimmelvrij te krijgen, maar dat lukt natuurlijk niet binnen zo'n kort tijdsbestek. Ons is toen een ander appartement aangeboden, prima.
Het zwembad werd veel gebruik van gemaakt en er was van openings- tot sluitingstijd een guard aanwezig.
Al bij al hebben wij het, met hier en daar wat consessies, toch erg naar ons zin gehad.

Absolutely terrible experience in Sardinia with Interhome group

We are incredibly disappointed with Interhome group, and will never stay at their properties again, nor will we recommend to anyone. We have tried countless times to have them rectify our issues with zero response. In less than 24 hours I have spent over 1.5 hours on hold (calling both their 24/7 line which was unable to assist me locally, as well as their local line during business hours with no reply, as well as messaging via WhatsApp and Airbnb). We arrived yesterday at our rental, and after unknowingly paying MORE than what is listed on Airbnb (€68- highway robbery if you ask me, we could’ve BOUGHT our linens for less)for linens and a high chair for our baby, we arrived at our rental with linens for 2 (we are 3), and no high chair to be found. Additionally, we are missing some fundamental basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, garbages (there is not a single garbage can in or outside of the unit- what are we supposed to do with all our garbage especially with so many ants around?), beach towels for a beach stay, a broom, and although it was listed on Airbnb -we must’ve missed it- there is no wifi. I have never stayed in a place without wifi in any spot globally that I’ve travelled to. Luckily we arranged SIM cards but it is just the cherry on top of this very cheap and bare bones organization. I very rarely leave reviews, let alone negative ones but I can’t stress this enough, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dirty apartment and ghosted by the agency

The apartment we rented was in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, there were cobwebs all over the balcony (as if it had not been cleaned in weeks/months), there was still a dirty sponge in the sink and there was only very few cleaning utensils in the apartment. We spent the first half-hour of our vacation cleaning the apartment. When we contacted the local interhome office they never replied to our 3 e-mails even though online they have responded to some negative reviews that they would send a cleaning service in case of a dirty apartment. Once I messaged the interchalet support line (which was located faraway from our apartment) they told us that they had contacted the local office and somebody would be in touch soon. Unfortunately, this was not reliable information. Nobody contacted us in the entire week. It was such a disappointing experience I would not recommend interhome to anyone!

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons loué un appartement de vacances via booking/interhome. Il était assez agréable à part quelques équipements mentionnés dans l'annonce et qui manquaient mais qui ont vite étaient fournis à notre demande grâce à la réactivité du personnel de l'Agence interhome Denia et spécialement Élisabeth qui a toujours fait diligeance au moindre souci exprimé ce qui nous a permis de passer des vacances tranquilles.

ALSO I HAVE PAY 388 EURO BUT YOU ARE ASKING ADDITION EURO 300....WHAT IS THAT MY GOD I HAVE NEVER RENT APARTMENT, ONLY HOTELS AND THIS IS NOT NORMAL PROCEDURE WHICH I HAVE USE TO HAVE.

I AM WORRY THAT I AM FOXED

This travel voucher will contain the address of your accommodation, and the contact of the person who is responsible for your care during the stay and the handing over of the keys on arrival and departure. As for the 300 Euros mentioned, this is regarding the deposit, which is paid on arrival and returned at the end of the stay, provided that the accommodation is in the same condition it was given at the start. Customers are able to view this in the invoice before making a commitment to booking. I recommend!

For 6 years I have been using Interhome's services to book winter holidays in Switzerland.
The website is accessible, intuitive, and the booking process is extremely easy.
The description of the properties is thorough, important details are not missing. All the properties I booked were as described, even better.
I was delighted with the way they handled a booking problem: quick communication, orientation towards a favorable resolution of the problem, availability and, above all, professionalism!
Interhome has proven to be a reliable partner, both in good times and in bad times!

VILLA LUISA - LA FUSTERA

Nous avons loué une Villa pour 12 personnes à La fustera en Espagne du 3 au 17 Aout 2024. toute l'équipe de réservation au top.
A notre arrivée nous étions satisfais tout était très propre aussi nous constatons que le mobilier est complètement démodé mais passons ce détail sous l'euphorie.
Le lit bébé que nous avons demandé est cassé avec un drap housse taché et des trous.

Au fil de la journée nous sommes passés de découverte en découverte constatons que le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas, les 3 chasses d'eau des toilettes sur 4 étaient inutilisables, pas d'eau chaude ( pour la vaisselle pas très pratique !) le frigo également disjonctait il manquait des étagères dans la porte, de l'eau s'infiltrait au niveau de la prise. Les les ustensiles de cuisson -casseroles sans queue "compliqué de les prendre une fois chauffée" toute la panoplie de cuisson vraiment à revoir très vétuste et pas propre ! jusqu'au seau de nettoyage pour le sol avec des taches de peintures une bonne partie des chaises d'extérieur soit dossiers cassés ou pieds fissurés; les transats très limite aussi bord de la rupture rouillés cuits par le soleil le seul parasol aussi cassé on sent que le matériel n'est pas renouvelé !
Nous avons appelé et l'équipe a été très réactive pour réparer les chasses d'eau et le micro onde a été remplacé et l'eau chaude remise " les vannes chaudes étaient coupées.
Ceci étant une location à 7121€ pour 2 semaines ces détails ne devraient pas exister ! c'est trop cher payé.
Nous avons quitté notre lieu de villégiature le vendredi 16 Aout et soulignons également que la femme de l'agence de Calpe a été très désagréable lors de la remise des clés vendredi soir nous avons oublié une clé de portail dans un des véhicules elle a vociféré que la caution serait retenue si nous ne renvoyons pas la clé. Celle-ci a été renvoyée ce lundi 19 Aout en recommandé avec AR.
Je pense qu'à la vue des prestations vétustes de la location elle aurait du avoir un peut plus de tact.
Nous mettons 3 étoiles rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur du tout.
En outre l'emplacement, la tranquillité et le bon accueil reçu lors de notre arrivée ainsi que l'équipe de maintenance vaut 4 étoiles.

Unsafe rental home: Ended up in Hospital thanks to Interhome - still waiting for compensation

We recently rented a severely dilapidated house (no AC, cockroaches, broken furniture) near Denia for five nights, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. On the very first day, my husband fell through a concealed hole in the garden, which had been irresponsibly covered with dirt, concrete, and twigs. This accident resulted in a deep gash that required several stitches, forcing us to spend the next two days in the ER. As a result, our entire holiday was ruined, with my husband unable to move or enjoy the beach.

When we reported this to Interhome, instead of addressing the situation professionally, they sent nearby neighbors—without our knowledge—to secretly cover up the hole. We were shocked to discover these trespassers silently working in our garden with a shovel and bucket, attempting to hide the evidence. We caught the entire incident on tape.

Interhome showed a complete lack of responsibility and concern for our safety. Not only did they fail to apologize, but they also allowed unauthorized individuals to illegally enter the property in an attempt to erase any proof of their negligence.

When we confronted them in person at their office, seeking an explanation and a refund, we were met with blatant racism and dismissive attitudes. Despite their clear wrongdoing, they refused to acknowledge any fault. To add insult to injury, we received an email instructing us to handle the situation ourselves by contacting customer care.

This appalling behavior is unacceptable, and we will be pressing charges. Interhome's disregard for our safety and their subsequent actions are beyond disgusting.
Avoid this company at all costs.
