Rarely do I provide a 5 star rating. I booked a place with my very rusty French I thought the reviews stated the property included parking. When I found out it did not I had a different property through Interhome that provided parking. The Company switched my rental for me and made the whole experience very very easy. I am looking forward to this trip!!!!

The service from the local office in Olbia is not ok. The main office is ok - they try to help. No answer during the weekend locally. There was no towels or linnen in the apartment. And they were not able to correct for 4 days. As they were «Out of linnen» Even If we pre booked . We only got a sorry for the inconvenience . Seriously? No linnen or towels on our first 4 days of vacation ??? Update to your reply. The towels are included and payed for. And regarding extras. The list does not say anything about linnen to be booked as extras. Just baby stuff and laundry. So your reprly is wrong. I also did send you the picture of the text as proof. By the way. One of your other service staff saw the booking of the pool towels in the booking. So you need to Check before giving an answer.

APPARTAMENTO REALE MARINA SARDEGNA
Siamo arrivati all'appartamento e abbiamo trovato molto sporco, molte stoviglie con cibo appiccicato e aloni, alla macchinetta del caffe' mancava il filtro quindi non utilizzabile, sulle materasse mancava un telo di protezione ed erano sporche, la TV non funzionava, lo stendono era rugginoso e con fili staccati. Si vedeva che non era stata fatta manutenzione da tempo. La macchina del caffè è arrivata dopo due giorni e la TV non ha mai funzionato. Abbiamo inviato molte foto a INTERHOM per giustificare il nostro disagio chiedendo un rimborso della cifra pagata, in quanto non corrispondeva certo alla situazione trovata, ma ancora ad oggi non abbiamo avuto risposta

I have waited for the first request for 4 days until I called them to know it's not available for booking the accommodation. It's really annoying!! If I could know the answer in 24 hours, I could book the other option which might be still available at least before my phone call!!

Absolutely horrific customer service
Absolutely horrific customer service, as a business customer I had issues receiving a receipt demanded by local law, the company informed me that I would have request that kind of receipt before the stay, doing it afterwards would not be possible. If you are travelling for business be aware that once you're stay is over, you will not receive any service whatsoever to be able to be compliant in terms of travel expenses and tax laws. The cabin itself was nice, but Interhome did NOT operate in a sustainable manner. Will definitely use another provider next time, you should too.
EDIT based on the response: The receipt did NOT include the tax information as claimed in the response. Not even after asking for a receipt that does, nowhere, was it implied i had to separately ask for this or that it had to be done in advance, in moste cases the receipt is delivered after the stay so I was expecting a more formal invoice, but that was not available even upon request. check your processes.

When we were notified that the apartment we had booked was no longer available and we did not find the offered alternative suitable, the staff could not have been more helpful. Our booking was very quickly changed to another apartment in the same location for the same dates. All very straightforward. Excellent service.

The true test of any service providing company is how they act when things go wrong, as they sometimes do, and it’s beyond their control.
Interhome are one such company. Their customer service is excellent and I would have no problem recommending them.
