Arrived in a couple of days, they had a near perfect match for the part I needed. Fitted it myself. Now the buttons panel on my extractor hob work and I've saved lots of money by fixing and not having to replace.

Having been reassured that they could supply the parts I wanted in blue, I ordered a freezer drawer and a bottle shelf for a Logik fridge freezer. When I ordered online it stated that both parts were in stock. However, after a week, I hadn’t heard anything from them so I emailed. The first email was ignored so I emailed again. This time, I was informed that due to high demand, the item had gone out of stock! Strange, as at the point of ordering, they were available! They then proceeded to tell me that they were expecting a new delivery of these spare parts the next day! It was nearly another week before they finally arrived. To cap it all off, when I opened the parcel up, the bottle shelf was not even in blue as promised! Not impressed!

This company was recommended by a kitchn fitting company for a spare part I had been unable to find previously. I ordered by phone on Wednesday and the correct part was delivered on Friday. Superb service.

Quick and easy from order to delivery. 4 stars because price seemed a bit expensive for a plastic drawer.

Quick delivery. Will use again.

I ordered a freezer seal, and never received it. Lots if emailing back, and forth, with them stating they were awaiting the part, and then it was arriving in 3 weeks, then still nothing. I sent more emails, and was ignored.

we were having a problem finding a replacement blub for our oven but found your company online and it arrived in 48 hrs

Spot on solution to replace cracked fridge shelf, delivered in a reasonable time.

We ordered on line with no problems
And everything was here very quickly
Well done.

Part arrived within a few days, as described and exact match for the fridge.

First class service throughout no delays in arriving would highly recommend

Very professional service

Great service and product. Will be using again for sure

I ordered a replacement dishwasher tray. It took two weeks for the part to arrive. After the first week and not hearing anything about the progress of the order I made contact and received a reply that the part would be with me in a week. The part arrived in due course by courier. Comms is poor, part good, value for money medium.

Part easily found and orderd, dispatched same day and delivered well within time allowed. Superb guys to deal with.....

I recently made a purchase and was very pleased with the service I received. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and my item arrived promptly and exactly as described.

It’s always refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values its customers and takes the time to follow up and ask for feedback. I appreciate their dedication to providing a good service and encouraging open, honest reviews.

I’m happy to recommend them and would definitely shop here again. Thanks for a smooth and professional experience!

I was looking for a fan unit for our old Howdens supplied extractor fan, about 15 years old.

Came across Inter Spares who precisely described what I was looking for (unlike some sites that only supplied the motor..for more money)

Ordered and here within 48hrs and as described, exactly what I needed. Excellent service

Excellent quick service with exactly what I was looking for

Awful company, they mislead a lie.

2 weeks after order was placed and two promises of delivery, they still dont even have the items.

If you dont want lots aggravation and time to chase and chase, then go elsewhere, they are useless.

Whether its human error or an IT issue, but an email confirming my refund has never arrived, and apparently the refund has gone to Paypal despite paying them with a debit card.

Great product, replacement shelf for prima fridge. Delivered promptly and no hassle purchase !!
