Wrong part sent initially. Customer service were fast and efficient in arranging a return and replacement. The only complaint is the wait time for receiving the replacement. Process began 10/02/26 and the correct item was received around 17/03/26.

Super fast delivery

Item was packaged very safe. It arrived in couple of days and in perfect condition. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Ordered a second shelf for my new cooker which only came with one. FIxpart sent it so quickly it was here before I expected it, it fits perfectly very pleased, would recommend them and use them again.

SCAM COMPANY! AVOID

This Company never sent me the oven door I purchased and continue to not send my money back!
I can only imagine that the two people that message, Hend and Thomas are AI as they contineu to ask the same questions?!
Please avoid this company as it is a total SCAM and they will take your money!

I ordered a fridge freezer part and checked on the FixPart website that the part was compatible with my fridge freezer. They sent a part that wasn’t compatible. It has taken weeks to get a refund and they haven’t refunded me for the delivery postage charges £6.95 even though I have emailed them. The customer service is very poor and the way the company behaves is shockingly bad and they are not complying with consumer law. This is the first such experience I have had for over 15 years. I thought this behaviour and working practice was a thing of the past. Every company should ensure they comply with consumer law and treat customers fairly and with respect.

I ordered a shelf for a fridge in January. Still waiting for it to arrive, not sure what has caused the delay as customer service responses seem automated and take 1 week to arrive.
Heard from them today, and have been informed i can recieve the part if I pay for shipping again as they say courier has returned to sender. Seems like a scam.

I would not advise to use this company.
