Well after long wait, part arrived perfect and fitted into Fridge
Ordered Dec 2025, and was offered refund.. but waited on Hisense and after few months part arrives. So happy at last

28/08/2025 Tried to order a replacement freezer draw which showed as being in stock. after chasing for a few months, told it wasn't in stock and got a refund.

Thought I'd try and order it again. Website says its available. Emailed to check. Surprise surprise its not available.

Complete scam website. Complained to HiSense UK head office. Never got a response.

Avoid the integrated fridge freezer RIB291F4AWF. Bulb fused 2 times in 2 years. Fridge door doesn't hold a standard UK supermarket 4 pint carton of milk. Cheap quality leading to freezer draw to crack.
I tell everyone to avoid HiSense.

Ordered a spare door seal for a hisense tumble dryer, didn't realize it said delivery would take 14-28 days until after I'd ordered, decided to lump it. Checked on the order after 36 days as had not arrived, it says awaiting dispatch, absolute joke of a service!

I've ordered from Hisense Spares a few times over the past couple of years. They're always great, but my most recent experience was excellent. I've ordered a couple of parts over the past week trying to fix an issue with my washing machine - on the latest purchase one of the team has obviously realised the issue I'm having. They packed my order & also included some instructions on the error code causes/fixes(I didn't ever communicate an error code or any of the issues I was having), they also added a couple of secondary items to make sure I had everything I needed to fix the issue without needing to make yet another order. The knowledge needed to identify remotely without any communication is exceptional, it was also an incredibly kind thing to do in the lead up to Christmas. My machine is now fixed. Thank you so much!

I odered 2 parts for my Fridgemaster Fridge/Freezer (as I rent a property and the freezer drawer and fridge shelf had been broken). At the time of ordering delivery eta was 2-3 days, then I emailed them and they said eta within 10-14 days. I contacted them on day 13 as no tracking details sent and they advised updated ETA of *4 MONTHS*
No apology, etc. Absolutely useless. Have bought new fridge/freezer. If I could give zero starts, I would

Ordered 2 pieces, 1 came after less than 1 week. Still waiting for the 2nd piece for over 2 months, they keep providing ETAs but it never comes.

Also ordered a month ago and no product delivered. No email and no way to contact.

For all those unaware of how to get your money back, contact your bank and request a “chargeback”, do not let this company steal your money.

21st September placed an order for manufacturer part no K2003587. Website says despatches with 2 weeks, it is now 27th of October and we have had constant delays with no communication as to why until we emailed to find out, we have now been told it’ll be up to 3 more weeks and just get told it’s “delayed”.

I ordered the parts at 1 pm on Wednesday. Got the parts at 10:30 am on Thursday. So, basically, GREAT. One star knocked off though because there was no communication about the parts being despatched and no tracking provided. I read the trust pilot reviews and was really worried I wouldn't get my parts because of the lack of communication.

I ordered some integrated fridge spares almost a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I've had to contact them via email twice, spoke to Annabelle A who says they've contacted the supplier and will get back to me but still nothing from her. I've emailed again asking for a full refund! Let's see if they can manage that at least.

Ordered over 2 months ago and never received. Refund requested. Awful communication and didn’t even tell me it was delayed.

Placed an order on 30th Aug which has not been received. Raised an enquiry via the website & was contacted by Amabelle A who has since confirmed they have delivered my part to the incorrect address. I have since emailed a further 3 times asking when this will be resolved & I wish to raise a complaint but I am receiving no response.

This website is a scam. Do not order you will never receive a spare let alone the correct item and will need to charge back via you bank

SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them. I ordered a part on 3rd July, which was not advertised as a ‘special part’. I did not hear from them for over a month, had to chase them continuously for them to keep telling me the part had not even arrived in the uk yet. I eventually cancelled my order and now over 2 months later I have STILL not received a refund!!

Hisense subcontract their UK spares service out to a company named Ransome Spares. They are based in Yeovil and go under the guise of Hisense Spares. They are the official service for Hisense Spares, Hisense’s website actually takes you to Hisense Spares when using the spares link from the official Hisense website.

However, I would not expect to receive any item you order from them unless it’s explicitly in stock.

15/08 I made an order for a replacement water tank for my fridge freezer. I paid for next day delivery. A week or so past and absolutely nothing. There website tracking stated awaiting dispatch. I read some reviews and at first thought they were a scam company, until I did my research. While they are an official company, they are absolutely abysmal. I emailed asking where my item was. I did receive a reply stating the item was expected to them and to be dispatched immediately on or before 10/09. They also stated it has a 2 week dispatch time. Firstly, my order was made on 15/08. The 10/09 was more than 2 weeks away and secondly, how on earth can they justify offering a next day delivery service. I did not reply to the email, but did decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out until the 10/09 although, admittedly I wasn’t expecting the item.

Fast forward, today is the 10/09 and lo and behold, website still says awaiting dispatch and I’ve not had any further correspondence to say the item has indeed been dispatched in their previously promised timeline.

I suspect Hisense have major issues with their spares service and logistics since the items are supposedly coming from the other side of the planet. However, it really doesn’t take over a month. I’m now not expecting the product to arrive and believe Hisense are probably fully aware of their spares parts issues.

I’ve contacted Ransome Spares again, responding directly to the first email and have outlined my concerns and my actions going forward.

I will be putting a complaint in to both Hisense directly, (good luck with Ransome, as their website is designed to make contact as difficult as possible) and Hisense should be made aware the company looking after their spares service are not providing a good service. Trading standards will also be contacted in order to try and stop this company from taking money and not delivering their service. Finally, my bank are getting contacted regarding a chargeback as I paid on credit card.

I’d strongly advise you to use a third party spares service wherever you can as it seems it’s well known Hisense are more than lacking in this department.

13/09 - Update

Since emailing them back like everyone else who has left a review, they have gone silent, which I suspected would happen.

In addition, my complaint to Hisense directly has so far also gone unanswered, not even a receipt that my complaint has been received.

If I could leave zero stars I would, it would seem that the parts service and Hisense themselves have appalling customer care and I certainly won’t be purchasing any more Hisense products in future.

Hopefully, my bank are able to successfully resolve the chargeback.

Don’t use these absolute jokers, while being legitimate companies, they clearly think they can do what they like and get away with it.

Bought a replacement fridge/freezer rail arm when mine broke. I checked their diagram and made sure to order the right part but it turns out the diagram is marked incorrectly and I was sent a part for a different drawer.
I contacted them and got one reply back, after which they’ve gone completely silent. No response to multiple tries to contact them.
Now looking at the returns link from the original order and it says that page doesn’t exist.

Just came on here to read the reviews for this company because I have been waiting for a spare water tank since July! No contact number but sent an email and they offered to cancel order but no refund. From reading these other reviews, this doesn't appear to be a genuine company and I'm annoyed for being scammed in this way . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Think I may have lost my money on this one

Paid for a spare last Monday. Should have been sent out already. Have spent all day calling various Hisense numbers and have been passed from pillar to post. Have now sent an email but its feeling like I may have been scammed.

The careful, item in stock went to check out paid the extra for next day delivery, there is no way contact and sent an email, the site is very lack of support and information, I spent all night trying to find phone numbers for this company, there aren't any. No email addresses, I think I've lost my money.
