I ordered a fridge freezer part and checked on the FixPart website that the part was compatible with my fridge freezer. They sent a part that wasn’t compatible. It has taken weeks to get a refund and they haven’t refunded me for the delivery postage charges £6.95 even though I have emailed them. The customer service is very poor and the way the company behaves is shockingly bad and they are not complying with consumer law. This is the first such experience I have had for over 15 years. I thought this behaviour and working practice was a thing of the past. Every company should ensure they comply with consumer law and treat customers fairly and with respect.
