Excellent service

Website promised delivery for Friday if ordered within 20 hours.. No delivery Friday, rang to enquire and was told that another firm was supplying my item, they wouldn't say who so was unable to contact them. Item arrived 3 days late. I wasn't aware there would be drop shipping involved. Not happy paid £68 postage and had to send my guys home twice.

I liked being able to talk to someone I could understand and the way you kept me up to date with my order.

Upon ordering items that were claimed to be on 2-3 day delivery, 10 days passed before after challenging several times for an update I was advised there was a minimum order quantity which would have been 5 times what I would have required, this wasn’t advised at point of order, I cancelled order and had to chase up several times before payment was returned (over 2 weeks)

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this company.

The website stated next-day delivery, and I even called beforehand to make it clear that if they could not meet that timescale, I would cancel the order because we had deadlines on site.

To be fair, Insulation Superstore did send the order to DX the same day, and DX also stated it would be delivered the next day. However, it was not delivered. When I called, I was told to call back the following day.

The next day(Already 1 day Late) I then spent around two hours trying to get hold of Insulation Superstore to find out where my parcel was after only delivering part of it, only to be told there was nothing they could do. It turns out DX had split my parcel into three separate deliveries for only four items, despite everything being sent together. Because of this, they then missed their own cut-off time.

I am now looking at delivery on day three, despite being told next-day delivery on the website and after calling to confirm. This has caused unnecessary delays on site and a complete lack of confidence. and has cost use money with site guys standing around! furthermore they still cant give me a time because not even dx knows!

I will not be using Insulation Superstore again, especially while they continue to use DX. Very poor service and misleading delivery expectations.

Quick delivery, reasonable shipping costs, good product. Would buy again.

2 Catnic lintels ordered. 1 is damaged. I spoke to customer services who saw the photos I sent and said that they would contact the manufacturer to send a replacement as they came direct from them and update me by email later that day. No email so another phone call to customer services a day later who said that they had not heard back from the manufacturer. There doesn't seem to be any urgency in getting it replaced.
Edit: This got sorted out with a replacement a week later. Luckily I spoke to Phil who got the replacement arranged.

Easy to navigate site, easy to order with immediate confirmation. Good communication regarding delivery date and very helpful, flexible staff when there was a need to re-arrange the delivery (Rolls of loft insulation). Unfortunately on day of delivery incorrect order was delivered despite original order being clear and correct. I ended up with 19 rolls of one size instead of 6 and 12 rolls of 2 sizes. Informed courier it was incorrect but he stated he could not take away the 7 incorrect rolls. He pointed out delivery note contact for local product provider which i did. To be fair, they were helpful and responsive and could see the wrong rolls had been placed on original delivery and within a couple of hours they had sent another courier with the replacement rolls who took away the incorrect surplus. Good job it wasn't urgent. It transpires, obviously now, that the order was placed with Insulation Superstore who used local providers to deliver from their stock. Whilst i accept it is difficult, for geographic reasons, to control quality of order compilation, items and courier quality the Insulation Superstore need to get a grip on the quality of organisation's they use.

As before all good, fair pricing, good range of products and fast delivery.

Absolutely brilliant fast response one phone call all of my stuff within two days that delivery driver phone me up and ask me where I wanted it and he dropped it in my back garden superb highly recommend these

Simple purchase of insulation boards at an excellent price. No mishaps or delays. Prompt delivery of very well priced, quality goods.

Awful company. They do not actually stock any of the items, the delivery times on the website are a total lie. They take your money and provide no order updates. If you are actually able to get hold of them on the phone, they know absolutely nothing and just blame suppliers, as everything comes straight for the suppliers.
