My friend recommended me to Laura and I am so thankful she did . From when I step into the shop to when I leave Laura and the team make me feel so confident and are there not just as a stylist and fitter but as someone you feel you can trust to talk to . Every detail is took into consideration and I would not go anywhere else. Laura is the lost sow to earth women I know and it’s warm and welcoming as soon as you sit in her chair. I feel like ive also had a therapy session and I feel a million times better than before I went into the shop
Sadie is an extrodordany women who is so talented at what she does and welcomes you in to the shop with so much love and confidence thankyou to the girls for keeping my hair looking amazing and making me feel confident within my self . So happy with hair and fitting !
I’ve had hair extensions for over 10 years and I’ve never had them fitted as good as they do here at I’m so pretty . It’s so flat to my head , so comfortable and unoticable . I wear la weave and no matter what I always had a little bit pop through at the top . Now I can wear my extensions with confidence that the weave will not show . The hair is really good quality and Laura knows her stuff on all things extensions . I’ve found out even more about them and how to care for them . My hairs never looked so good . Good for about 6 months
Best quality extensions to begin with, I’ve had mine in for about 6ish months and the past month or so I’ve noticed the length really deteriorating. I started with 26” and I’d say I’m at maybe 22” now so not overly impressed and happy with the loss of length considering the hair is not cheap. Very disappointing as they were amazing up until this point and was very keen to re purchase. I’ve followed all the correct aftercare as I do with all my extensions and rarely use heat so not sure what the issue is but slightly upsetting.

I purchase my hair from im so pretty I have for 7 years religiously and I go to the shop every 5 weeks to have my hair refitted. Cant fault the girls in the shop for anything they are lovely and always give you a warm welcome. There customer service is brilliant and they will go above and beyond to help you where they can. I will continue to return for as long as I have hair extensions.

Absolute best hair absolutely flawless
Been getting my hair and fitting for 12 years and could never ever go anywhere else the girl is an a actual hair angel. Goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble for these grils all of them funny and down to earth you walk out feeling like youve got a load of new mates. The hair lasts easy 12 months with the right after care wat will be explained in great detail she will go through absolutely everything and is only ever a message away if you need more aftercare advice. I'm pretty products are also fabulous i honestly dont understand why anyone would go anywhere else.

I go an hour early before my appointment purely just to talk to the staff as they are so lovely genuine and kind and always up for a good laugh. I’m so pretty it’s not just a hair extension company. The hair itself is nice but it says 10% off and I never got it when I went in store. The lady selling the hair wasn’t showing good customer service and we couldn’t wait to leave. Wouldn’t go back, nor would I recommend, I’d buy online and avoid the shop and get talked into products you don’t need

Disappointed loyal customer
So upset , I waited over a month they told me they sent me an email to update me on the progress but when I checked this was a lie and I’m somebody who shops with this company a lot I buy 28 inch nanos ( I swapped from Russian to Brazilian because the Russian ones were not lasting and I was happy with the Brazilian ones , they were thick and lasting .. the batch I just received in the Black Friday sale were terrible quality and not at all like their usual standard I have emailed this company to address the problem and had no response .. I have missed out on my hair dressers appointment which I lost my deposit for because I relied on the fact the nanos would be of same quality as I had trust in this brand , I then tried to resolve this with the store despite my long waiting , time , no updates , quality of hair and my appointment which I had to cancel and I’ve had no response

Had a consultation a few weeks back and was greeted with a warm welcome when I went in, was provided with such a high level of knowledge and luckily a last minute appointment which is was so grateful for. Gorgeous hair
Just washed my hair for the first time!! It has washed beautifully with no frizz and is so soft!!! I always worry about the first wash as that determines what kind of quality they are, I am over the moon with my extensions and I am so grateful to have found I’m so pretty ! Quality has gone downhill.
I’ve had this brand of extensions before and they were amazing they lasted me a whole year, however this set of extensions were delivered in July and I have since had to cut them countless times due to the ends being so thin and rough looking. They were 22” now I’d say they are 16/18. Also, I ordered the extensions in may, I had a phone call to say the shade was not in stock, I kept calling to see when they would be back in stock however I had no answer. The hair came in July… I was promised some extra goodies multiple times due to the time I had waited yet there was nothing. Also I wear shade 60 and I’ve noticed many black singular strands all throughout the hair? Not sure why the quality was much different the second time ordering, but I’m not the only one who has experienced this.

Where do i start just 5 star service from start to finish. I noticed my hair had gone dry slightly and i went in and realised i was using the wrong shampoo. Laura took the hair out for me cleaned it and refit it all FOR FREE. The hair is now back to perfect condition and i’m now using the correct aftercare. Her service was the best i’ve ever received and couldn’t recommend any more

I’ve been using this hair extensions brand for around 4 years now, and they have never once let me down. The quality of the hair is consistently amazing — soft, silky, and long-lasting, even after multiple washes and styling. You can really tell the difference compared to other brands I’ve tried in the past.
Their customer service is also outstanding! The team is always so friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your order. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such high standards over time, but they absolutely do.
On top of that, the delivery time is super fast — my orders always arrive quickly and well-packaged. It’s clear they take pride in every part of the experience from start to finish.
I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my extensions. If you’re looking for quality hair and reliable service, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
