Ordered a happy birthday candle just after Christmas for my niece on the 23rd of December, her birthday was on the 3rd if January so it had plenty of time to get there only for it to arrive on the 17th of January which was way too late.
My wife and I decided to burn it as it was too late to give to her for a gift and it doesn't smell at all not one bit.
We have brought of this company before and the service has been outstanding but not this time round, crap service and product. I'm not going to say never again but not for a while at least.

Brought a couple now as I absolutely love them… my first was mermaids tail, and the ring was !!!!! Apparently worth over £1000 ,IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL RING!! although my second candles code wouldn’t register, third candle and I got an opal ring! Loved it!! Has become one of my favourites… although the price 🙄😬

I ordered candles on the 1st December for Xmas present still haven't received them . Now going to have to try and claim my money back from my bank . Sent emails after emails , also tried to phone them with no response

Ordered 4 candles on 29 November, hadn't received any notification by 15 December, emailed customer service and received a response a couple of days later saying I should receive them by the Saturday and would receive confirmation of candles being dispatched. No delivery on the Saturday and no notifications either. Raised a dispute with paypal and as if by magic suddenly received a notification on 23rd December saying parcel had been shipped and would be delivered next day. Not acceptable leaving customers waiting that long when ordered weeks previously and money was taken quick enough, candles were eventually delivered on Christmas Eve but had already had to go out before receiving the notification of delivery as needed to ensure I had gifts to give for Christmas. Extremely disappointing that this company had no consideration or decency to update customers directly about whatever issues they clearly had regarding shipping items that were purchased in plenty of time.

I brought 4 whipped soaps and 1 bath bomb which came very fast. I love the texture and smell of these ans surprised at how frothy and bubbly the whipped soap can create via a bath sponge. I ordered some last year as presents and was told they were brilliant presents and decided to buy some myself. The gift inside the whipped soap was only a 30.00 ring but it was my kind of design and a dark blue sapphire coloured gem which is my favourite gem colour. So this was a win for me and my hubby was happy because I was happy with it.

Lovely candles and always well received, however customer service is exceptionally poor.

Advertised a candle as in stock, placed an order and paid expecting delivery within a few days - but then heard nothing back. After over a week *I* had to contact them to get an update, only for them to say that they didn't have any ready. This should be communicated prior to, or just after, ordering. Yes it arrived in time for Christmas (just, but still messed up my plans), but it's deceptive to show something as in stock when it clearly wasn't.

I ordered 4 candles for my niece's Christmas presents in the black Friday sale. I followed this up 2 weeks later with an email as I was concerned when they had not been delivered. A reply from the company was sent stating Christmas delivery was guaranteed. However they are still to arrive and it is now boxing day. I'm very disappointed as I have bought from this company before with no issues and I know my niece's would have loved them. 😔

To be honest I would have given NO stars if was possible, ordered 5 Christmas gifts on the 1st December and it's now past 10pm on the 23rd December and I've had no email saying they've been dispatched! Now tomorrow's Christmas Eve and I'm going to have to go shopping tomorrow to buy 5 gifts, wrap and deliver. It's cost me over £82, money I can't really afford to tie up with this company and go buy more gifts! 1st & last time. Guaranteed Christmas delivery 🤬 isn't worth the paper it's wrote on, and the customer service is ridiculous, copy and paste excuses when you do finally get a response!

Update, now going to arrive on Friday the 27th! When it says guaranteed for Christmas why post on Christmas Eve?! No good to me now 🤬

Shipping took longer than expected when ordered. they responded to my email saying it would be delivered in time for Christmas and they have. The quality of product is worth the wait.

I ordered 3 candles on the 1st December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. As I type, they aren't "officially" late, but it is 16:10pm on the 23rd of December and I'm getting a tad itchy to be honest.
These candles aren't exactly cheap (even in a sale) and I can't afford to out and replace them so close to Christmas, but it looks like I might actually have too. Even if they turn up on Christmas Eve it is an inconvenience as most of my gift swapping has already happened and I'm actually working on Christmas Eve until 5pm.
This is stress that isn't needed. I might have to buy a de-stressing candle and see if it works.

Absolutely not again , bought loads in the past and smelt nice this one smells of wax that’s it no scent

The ring is supposed to be a N/O more like a L so that’s a waste of money.
The ring is plain and childish cheap looking. The rings you see that are nice and luxurious must be fake reviews they leave by them selves, trust me the expensive jewellery don’t exist.
I’ve had loads now and all just thrown in a box in the draw, nothing above £30 .
Would not mind if looked nice but doesn’t.
Sadly this will now be me not ordering more and hope people read reviews before wasting money
The delivery was appalling waited a long time and caused us to miss birthday gift and replaced the Xmas gift was meant to be for , the customer service was non existent, they don’t communicate and takes them ages to put an apology on Facebook to save them emailing everyone , some orders from mid November still not arrived
They have no care for the customers just money oriented company.
What a waste of money rather had bought a cheap one from a local shop .
I’ll be leaving reviews in other places to warn others

Very disappointed, I buy the wax melt advent calendar every Christmas for the missus. This year the ‘wax’ melt is like a jelly, they don't smell half as good and smell for around a 1/4 of the time of the old design. Also they are more difficult to pry out of the pots. Will be the last time unfortunately.

Ordered 4 candles on 30th Nov 2024 and apparently yesterday they came up as saying delivered I have been in all day and nothing was delivered can't speak to anyone as the weekend. So that's 4 xmas presents gone missing no tracking number and don't no which company they used to deliver it I've just had operation so unable to get out and buy new presents before xmas . As usual noone replies to emails to the company till Monday and I doubt very much that I will be receiving anything before xmas eve now so have to explain to family they won't be getting a present this year absolutely heart broken

The candle took a little while to come after ordering but I was assured with a lovely email that delivery would be in time for Christmas. The candle arrived and came well packaged and I was excited to see which I received, ordered a mystery festive edition! I was really pleased with the design I received and couldn't wait to light it. It took 8 and half hours burning time on 2 consecutive nights to retrieve my gift. The earrings were beautiful and dainty looking and I can't wait to wear them

Placed an ordered on 02/12 and phoned customer service number on 16/12 to be told I would be guaranteed my delivery before Xmas, it’s now 20/12 and still no sign of my order.

I’ve used this company every year for the past few years and never had an issue with my deliveries.

I’m so disappointed that it looks like I will be 3 Xmas presents short.

So disappointed. Ordered on 1st December, still not received, order has said “preparing shipment” for days and then late last night they post on social media that they messed up and haven’t been able to keep up with demand. Bear in mind that until a few days ago, they were still advertising that they guaranteed Christmas delivery for all orders placed before midnight on 15th December.

Phone line was closed today, they haven’t replied to the enquiry I submitted on their website and I am sitting here, £40 out of pocket without a gift for my niece.

I do like their candles, I have had them before, but it appears they have put profit over customer satisfaction this year.

I have ummed and arred about buying from here for a couple of years, then I spotted the TikTok live for Black Friday. I watched as they were getting people's orders through and appeared to be packing them there and then ready to despatch. They also appeared to have plenty of stock and as some stock was "out of stock" online, I assumed the stock left to purchase was all readily available. Clearly this was not the case! I ordered 4 candles as gifts on the 29th November to give to family members at a Christmas party on the 22nd December. I thought I was being organised, but here I am sat on the 20th December without my order or even a despatch email. I msged them on the 10th December via insta when I got the email to review them and their products. I thought this must be a mistake as I hadn't got my products yet! I was told the same "generic" response they're giving everyone; providing you ordered by the 15th December at 11.59pm you'll get your order in time for Christmas. Which I didn't realise was a "thing" when I ordered. I left it at that and then sent a chaser msg on the 16th December as I started seeing comments from lots of people complaining they haven't received theirs and some ordered before me. Also saw a comment stating this happened last year and they turned up 2 days before Xmas, which wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't going to a family party on Sunday. So I asked for an update and they asked for my order no. I gave it and 24hrs later they reiterated no specific times would be given other than guaranteeing delivery before Xmas, although it was followed up with, they expected my order to be here by Saturday 21st and I'd get a shipping confirmation 1-2days before delivery. Well I didn't get a shipping confirmation yesterday so I messaged them, it's been ignored. I haven't had a shipping confirmation today either and again my msg has been ignored despite their insta showing them as being active on there numerous times. I live in hope there may still be time to post it today and it gets sent via 24hr delivery, but probably not. Which means I will have to go out tomorrow and not only find 4 more gifts but spend more money doing so.

Ordered 2 candles on 30th November and paid for guaranteed xmas delivery. No way to track, no response to my emails and I am very disappointed. My order is #210817 happy to change my 1 star review if someone can tell me what is going on!

Ordered on the 6th of December, as a Christmas gift for one of my friends. No updates on when the order will be shipped, no correspondence from the company despite emails and messaging on social media. I understand Christmas is a busy time however I've seen others who have been waiting for their order to be shipped since November so it doesn't give me much hope that I'll receive mine. I was really looking forward to receiving this as I've always wanted to try one of Imperials candles, however, after today I don't think I'll be ordering again as the lack of response and customer service is not okay. If you can't for fill orders and have a month long backup, just take time to restock so other people aren't effected. Hopefully I'll receive my candle sometime!

First time order. Certainly wont again. Ordered 30 November 4 x candles for Christmas presents. Have had to spend more money as the order status is unfulfilled. Did get a response to first email to say they would be here in time for Christmas. Now 20 December, another email asking for refund, but no response. Not very impressed
