My consultation with Colin Slinger, President and Founder of the Immigration.ca legal firm, confirmed my belief that I, and my family, were indeed qualified for Canadian Citizenship by Descent, under the Bill C-3 and the Citizenship Act 2025. My experience with Colin Singer for Canadian citizenship by descent was a great experience. He explained the process, what documents would be needed. He detailed if citizenship is received what would be given. He also defined who in immediate family could obtain their Canadian citizenship along with the length of time it will take to acquire.

She helped me understand the procedures and where to find additional documents to support what I already had, in order to proceed with this stage of the process. The consultation was very useful. I met with Andrew Kaoma and he outlined exactly what the process for certifying citizenship by descent would entail, what the firm would be able to do to help us, and what the realistic time and cost expectations are.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic. He was able to answer all of our questions, even the one’s we didn’t know to ask! I scheduled an initial consultation to determine eligibility by decent for Canadian Citizenship. Attny Fouad was wonderful to work with. She patiently explained the process, including necessary requirements and potential timelines. I highly recommend them for any immigration work in Canada.

I was pleased with the exchange with Pearl Bakhtiari, attorney for Immigration CA. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, providing me with the information I needed.

Company allows people to think it is a government agency. Refuses to delete the personal information it harvested and continues harassing email after being asked to stop.

Colin Singer has a history of suing people for defamation and embarrassing himself. Please go to the Soquij website and search his name you will see two cases:

Singer c. Yorulmaz
Singer c. Doe

He created a product called CPRP (Canadian Priority Residence program) and has made a huge effort of erasing evidence of this scam product from the internet, but evidence is still there including a YouTube video and the redirect on his own website.

Not to mention the false advertising he still has on immigration.ca as of writing this post.

My good way of handling customers. I provide outstanding customer service. With smile even things are had. I make sure I give the customer what is demanded of me. When the customer is done. I get a brighter information about the food. To take the complain back to the company.

My name is Jonathan and I would like to thank the team at CCIRC for handling my student visa application. Although it's a free path and you can do this on your own, I had some issues at first so I seeked professional assistance.

I filled out an assessment form and received a quick response. Then I was assigned a person called Vijay and we kept communicating.

Eventually I was able to get my student visa after few months.

My engagement with Colin Singer's firm ended on Jan 17, 2023 when I had to block his email address and pleaded to have my application withdrawn, to put an end to his aggressive behaviour and unprofessionalism.
I had requested for a partial refund expressing my disappointment with their services very respectfully. The main reason being the firm's dishonesty about my FSW application chances prior to engaging their services. My first point of contact was when I did a 'Free Evaluation' on their website. This preliminary assessment was inaccurate and misleading as I was told I would have very high chances when I actually didn't. My final scores were not enough because my baseline score was too low compared to other candidates. At every step, I was told if I did the next thing on their checklist, it would get me additional points and so I diligently tackled them all including reattempting IELTS test twice just to get some additional points. I was told I wasn't proactive with the job search when it is a well known fact that finding a job in Canada from overseas is not the most feasible thing given the government prioritises in-shore applicants, especially since the pandemic. At no stage, was I given a realistic picture of my actual chances and the associated risks. Had they been presented honestly, I most likely would not have proceeded to apply.
Mr. Colin Singer replied to my email using aggressive language and a disrespectful tone throughout the email thread. He blamed me entirely for not having enough points, not accounting for their inaccurate preliminary assessment. He also threatened to expose our email thread if I put in a bad review. To be very honest, there is nothing there for me to be afraid of. It will only support what I have stated here. Moreover, he offered a contract extension in return for a five-star review under his terms using aggressive tone, something I think is highly unprofessional as reviews should be voluntary and authentic, not coerced.
As a customer I voiced my feedback respectfully, but the same was not reciprocated by Colin Singer. After a harassing experience, I personally, would not recommend engaging his services.
Although, I would like to say that his team I liaised with were very professional and I thank them for their efforts despite my unsuccessful outcome.
