The team at Immigration.ca has been incredibly helpful explaining, organizing, and guiding the process for receiving a certificate of Canadian citizenship. They have been realistic in setting expectations given the long lead time in this process. Their guidance is thorough and designed to ensuire that the application eliminates as much ambiguity as possible. In particular, Pauline has stood out as extremely knowledgable. Compiling the proper documentation can be challenging, but Pauline made it easy. She has been very professional, responsive, and friendly.

From the initial contact through getting our citizenship applications submitted, the Immigration.ca team was clear and helpful about the whole process, made submitting documents and info easy, and always responded quickly to any questions.

Monica Fouad was extremely helpful and very clear about how her firm's immigration services work.

Their knowledge of how to prepare an application for the IRCC and how to source information for it was very helpful.

I received clear and very helpful information. Everything was explained to be in a very understandable and detailed way. Along with a summary of our discussion, I was sent links to help me do research and based on a tip from the consultant, I was able to find a foundational document today.

My family and I met with Mr. Singer for our initial consultation to find out about Canadian citizenship through descent.
He assured us that we qualify for the process and could move forward. He answered all of our questions and laid out the cost. I feel confident with Colin Singer and his company: Immigration.CA

Monica was very helpful in our consultation, and answered all our questions about our current inquiry and next steps.

It was wonderful talking to a real person on Google Meet. Pearl Bakhtiari was very pleasant organized and knowledgeable. I feel I got the information needed to proceed with applying for Canadian citizenship by descent and she will be available if needed.

Very good experience. The first consult appointment took several months to schedule but once we met, it went well. Clear communication about the process and very responsive via emails. The portal was helpful to track what needed to be done. All the staff was helpful and professional. The biggest challenge was getting the correct photos for Canadian specs but all in all good.

From our very first conversation, the entire team at Immigration.ca expertly guided me through the process of submitting my Canadian citizenship by descent application packet. Their professionalism and skill was evident through out the nine months it took to both gather all of the supporting documentation for my case and then turn all of it into an application that dotted every "i" and crossed every "t". I could never have created such a detailed and clean application on my own. I cannot recommend the firm highly enough.

I had a very informative teleconference with Colin Singer about Canadian Citizenship by Descent to obtain a Canadian Passport.

Andrea Prunariu was excellent. She went over the needed documents; process and timeline plus next steps.
She answered our questions clearly.

Pearl Bakhtiari confirmed that my father was a Canadian Citizen through decent. Verified that I was moving in the right direction. Referred me to BANQ's for copies of baptism documents.

Pearl Bakhtiari was the attorney I spoke with and she was helpful ine understanding the process of claiming citizenship. She was quick to respond to my very specific questions during our video consultation. She was very prompt in replying to a follow up email as well.

I initially scheduled an appointment with Andrea to discuss Citizenship by Descent and Dual Citizenship. I found her to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, hard-working, and detail-oriented as she and the staff helped guide me through the application process. I would highly recommend Immigration.ca to others.

My consultation with the immigration lawyer was exceptional. She was kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I now know all the documentation I need for dual citizenship to Canada. I highly recommend this law firm in your immigration quest!

I contacted the firm for help with Canadian citizenship by descent. Caroline Ward was extremely knowledgeable and quickly found the anchor ancestor's record and was able to confirm that I have a path to Canadian citizenship. She explained clearly the application's requirements and the process time and fees. I highly recommend this firm.

Excellent detailed advice on the steps to becoming a a citizen of Canada on paper from an experienced professional.

Love working with the team, I found them to be impeccably professional and great communication.
I knew I quailed for citizenship by descent but was trying to decide if I needed help or could do the process on my own. I ran into lots of forums and subreddits suggesting you do not need help. Here is what I discovered:
You need to be extremely detail oriented and won’t make any mistakes, I would have made four which would have caused delays and even starting the process over.
You can keep up on the newest process and forms keep in mind this is new, so things are changing all the time.
You know exactly how to phrase answers and fill out the correct forms.
If you can do all those things go it alone, I decided I needed help and am very glad I had the support of professionals to help me. I am eagerly looking forward to the day I get cross the border and hear the phrase “Welcome Home”

Pauline is extremely competent and responds properly to all requests
I have recommended immigration.ca to others.
