Professional and informative.

Caroline made our meeting comfortable and informal while still providing all the information in a professional manner!

In my pursuit of obtaining my citizenship certificate I wanted to make sure that it was going to be done correctly ensuring me the greatest success, so I knew I needed to reach out to immigration experts. Immigration.ca website spoke to what I needed-from their services to their follow-up. I can say that they have lived up to their service promises. From my initial meeting through submitting my application, their hands on approach ensured every step was not missed and done correctly (e.g. correct documentation (both required and supplemental/support, appropriate forms).
None of this would have been possible without a professional team at Immigration.ca. Working with individuals like Vera made the entire process a pleasant experience. Communication was exceptional and their web portal was easy to navigate. Bottom line- I know I made the right and best choice going with Colin Singer and his team.

I contacted immigration.ca to receive advice about citizenship by descent. The attorney that met with me, Pearl Bakhtiari, was very helpful. In a short meeting she was able to provide all the information we needed, answered our questions, and followed up with us via email to provide clear next steps. For any additional immigration concerns we will happily use immigration.ca again, and I recommend them to you.

Caroline Ward was very informative on the process and the pitfalls to watch out for. She was honest about the length of the process and the number of people already in line. I will be using her law firm to expedite the paperwork.

Pearl did a great job at explaining what I need to do to obtain my dual citizenship. She told me how to get necessary documents, what the wait time could be and what her firm could do to help me to include my family if I decide to do that. I was very satisfied with the help she gave.

I booked a consultation with Pearl Bakhtiari to talk about Canadian Citizenship by Descent. I had already done a good deal of research and document collection but was stuck finding documentation of my ancestor who was born in Nova Scotia. Pearl was delightful-easy to speak with, professional, knowledgeable and very clear in explaining the process & how it worked. Following the consultation Pearl sent a detailed email of the information I would need and she also sent several links to research Canadian records.

I found Pearl and immigration.ca very trustworthy. We had a zoom call so I could see the person I was speaking with, and was asked to show a government photo ID so Pearl could verify that I was who I said I was. I expect to retain them for my application. It's important to me and I want it done right the first time.

Andrea was friendly, informative and incredibly helpful. We feel very confident in her ability to navagate us through this process

My consultation was with Ms. Pearl Bakhtiari to discuss Canadian Citizenship by Descent for myself and my children, and corresponding Permanent Residency for my wife. Ms. Bakhtiari was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful - she was able to answer all of my questions and in fact anticipated most of them before I even asked. I would recommend consulting immigration.ca without hesitation, for anyone who is considering pursuing their Canadian citizenship.

I was exploring the possibility of applying for Canadian citizenship via the new Citizenship Through Descent program. Knowing there was a lot of detail and any error would likely wipe out my application, I wanted to hear from an experienced consultant to see if they could help. I spoke with Caroline Ward and experienced attorney at Immigration Canada legal services. She was great and I got exactly the information I needed and she sent me detailed documents to get me going on developing an application with their help that should meet the standard. Excellent information provided!

Erica went above and beyond to help my mother and I find the exact documents we needed while we were on the phone. She was super nice and patient with us!

Pearl Bakhtiari was prepared for our conversation. She had read my information and had suggestions for what else I might need to find. Very friendly and pleasant, and seemed very knowledgeable about the Bill C-3 documentation requirements. I feel much more confident in my paperwork now. Highly recommend.

I contacted this law office to find out if my son and I qualified for Canadian Citizenship by descent because my Grandfather was born there.
