Extremely efficient service was provided Imaginfires. Overall it was smooth from start to end. I ordered the new fire and was delivered to me on the very next day!

It turned out to better than I expected the only downside is filling with fuel it would be better if it held more to last longer

"We are so glad you're happy with the product and our delivery service! Thank you for the feedback on the fuel capacity. While burner sizes are designed for safety and efficiency, you can often enjoy a longer burn by partially closing the flame slider once the room is warm. Your recommendation for those considering a bioethanol fire is much appreciate.
Unfortunate…
Unfortunately after ordering and paying for a fire I was notified that it was out of stock. However I was offered a range of options to resolve which I thought was very fair and chose an upgrade at no extra cost. On arrival the fire appeared fine but one of the decorative logs was damaged. On contacting the company I was told there was no stock until March 2026. Since using the fire this weekend I note that another one of the logs has split open.

Great fire but delivery service was terrible
Happy with the final product, but the delivery and communication was terrible. I was told it would be delivered on a certain day. I can’t work from home so my mum had to take a day off to sit in all day for the delivery. We had no update or anyway to specifically track the parcel. It never came and no one told us anything. I had to keep ringing the next day to find out and they said the driver had run out of time but there was no communication at all.

Christmas smell
It burned ok but where was the Christmas smell? I was expecting cloves, cinnamon, ginger, mulled wine but there was nothing, very disappointing.

I love my Haworth Bioethanol Stove.
I really adds to the atmosphere in my living room. Gives off so much heat I can turn off my central heating after it’s been lit for a while. It’s very well made great quality.
