Very good service. The fire came very quickly once ordered. Easy instructions. The fire doesn’t actually kick out that much heat as it is small but it looks good, and fits nicely where it needs to be.

Fire okay but the free pack of Bioethanol liquid that they send has a really nasty chemical smell. A shame as we were quite excited by the arrival of the fire. Will try a different liquid from a different company. Disappointed

I ordered my fire on the 8th Jan 2026 and the product was marked as in stock, here I am 21st Jan no idea when I might actually receive my fire. I tried emailing their customer service and got no reply so tried phoning them, and the automated message said they couldn't take my call and I should email as this is the quickest way to get answered. This falls well short of the service I expect from a supplier who has £900 of mine and cant even keep me informed of how my order is being progressed. Note to self, check trustpilot before spending hard earned money on product you may never receive. They must spend more time apologising on here than they do communicating with customer before they need to complain!

Might be more expensive than elsewhere - haven't checked in too much detail as trust that their fuel keeps our fire in good service

Customer service is excellent. Had a problem with damaged box and one of the bottles. Emailed customer services and they replied within 10mins and sent new order out straight away. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Amazing company. Exceptional & faultless customer service. Brenda and team were so helpful with changing our order from the Burford Stove to the Howarth. This was processed and delivered within 5 days to the Inner Hebrides. We cannot thank you enough. And the stove? Absolutely stunning!! We are thrilled to pieces with it.

On the upside, fire was as described and arrived in the timeframe advised.
The logs, which were an extra cost , arrived but half of them were smashed up. When we complained we were told that we would receive replacement logs. We still await delivery of these.
Stove was delivered , but also in a crushed up box When we opened there was a chip in the top edge of the fire, this was a sharp edge Via email we were told to send back in original packaging … but this was basically in shreds so not possible, or offered a £100 refund. It was too much hard work so we accepted the discount and brought something to sand down the sharp edge and painted over the filed edge.

After all this …. We like the fire It gives off a nice amount of extra warmth to supplement the heating Just need the replacement logs to arrive. !!!

Delivery on time, surprised how heavy the log burner was, good quality. Much less hassle and mess than a real log burner so suits me. Can take it with me when I move too.

Item was easy to order and sent out promptly. I purchased the scented biofuel and don’t like the smell of the fuel and have noticed it has removed some of the black coating inside my fire as well.
