Wrong ring shipped, no response
I ordered two rings, one for myself and my wife. One was delivered first and is the wrong size. I ordered a 6 and received a clearly labelled size 8. I've emailed FOUR times and gotten no response at all. I tried calling, also no response. I will not ever order from or recommend this company to anyone.

I order the wrong size
I order the wrong size. I have emailed several times to exchange with no response! It is very frustrating. I have also called and left 2 messages, with no response. What is going on...I just wanted to exchange. I had to buy a new ring in the right size just to get a good ring for my husband. What will it take to get a redponse???
