I lost my last ring from the Ilu Store, so this one was a replacement. The online ordering process is quick and easy and shipping is fast, I work in retail customer service and I get more compliments on my Ilu ring than any other.

Beautiful watch
Beautiful watch, but the battery was dead when I received it. I replaced the battery and it now works great. They probably should check these items before they ship. Other than that I really like the watch and it's look of high quality. This my 2nd watch I have purchases here and love them both. Lots of compliments on these watches.

Only problem is delivery time to Spain is far to long.

The ring came quick but was not the size I ordered. It took multiple submits for someone from the company to respond back to me. They asked for me to email pictures of the ring being incorrect. I had to go to a jewelry store to have them put the ring on a ring sizer and take a picture. I got a quick reply apoligizing and that they would send out the correct size. I have waited a while with no package arriving, emailed again asking when the ring would arrive with no response.
