Throughout my purchase of my mirror, I was kept up to date with the status of my order by Joby Aguilera who was ever so professional in all aspects.

The mirror arrived and is of good quality. Joby was great in communicating and ensuring a good level of customer service.

The mirror is great too

We chose to buy our cabinet mirror from illuminated mirrors as they provide a 10 year warranty. We're so glad we did as the cabinet is quality and really looks cool with the ambient lighting. Special Thanks to Alelei from customer service for answering all my questions and providing updates throughout.

Quality of two mirrors purchased looks very good. Delivery was a case of 2 halves, first one delivered on time as promised, second one did not arrive as promised resulting in a wasted day waiting in for it and eventually arriving a day later, I think in this case the carrier was at fault.
I must add that throughout ordering and delivery (problems) I was kept well informed by Joby with frequent e-mails and occasional phone calls. Well done Joby!

There was a delay with the mirror with the delivery date having to be moved back due to stock issues. This impacted in things. However I was very grateful to Alelei who kept me informed throughout and fully tracked the order to completion. They were responsive throughout including when I had questions afterwards - thanks very much to Andrew Burrows for that. And the mirror is very nice. Thank you.

Great quality mirror and excellent customer service from Joby who made sure the shipping and delivery went smoothly.

I got the Hollywood RGB Diamond X Glow Hollywood Mirror (medium) Vanity mirror that is table top but also can be wall mounted, this thing has bluetooth as well.

Mirror works as described multiple light/dimmer settings on mirror side with backlight remote, looks well built quality product.

Most importantly is my assigned Customer Support rep Joby Aguilera, who first emailed with updates regarding my order then called and arranged an earlier than expected dispatch and delivery accommodating my calendar, followed through until I received the order unboxed and checked for any damages (which there were non) really felt well looked after.

Ordered a mirror online and although is was not dispatched next day Alelei emailed me straight away to explain the delay and checked in with me throughout to update me with the new delivery time and also once again when the mirror was delivered, it was reassuring to know someone was looking out for the order on my behalf.

The mirror was really great and looks fantastic in place, my only suggestion would be that a template is supplied to help with screw hole positions.... Again I fed this back to Alelei who has passed my suggestion on and hopefully it will be in place very soon.
