Very good customer service. We had a few delays to delivery, but this was communicated very efficiently and I was kept in the loop at all times. Joby especially was super polite and helpful.

As I had deleted the email confirming the original order, I reached out to customer services and Joby was able to confirm the details so I could order another mirror he kept me updated with expected delivery dates and checked I’d received my order brilliant customer service

Excellent service from Alelei at customer service when booking the appointment to view and from Tim onsite in Frome for being so knowledgeable and helpful. So impressed that we bought onsite and took home with us. Would definitely recommend Illuminated Mirrors, especially if you are lucky enough to deal with these guys 👍

Great mirror that we purchased for our bathroom. Slightly delayed but great after care service from Joby who was able to keep us updated throughout.

I had a mirror made for my bathroom which was custom made. There was a small issue initially where the lighting was cold white rather than warm white, but Illuminated Mirrors put this right without any fuss. They remade the doors, came back out and refitted it properly, which I really appreciated.

On top of that, I also coincidentally had a separate mirror at home that had cracked, and they even repaired that for me.

The service throughout was professional, friendly, and reassuring – you can tell they’re genuinely passionate about what they do and take pride in their work.

I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Illuminated Mirrors and I have had some trouble with shipping. Throughout the process to resolve it, both Andrew and Joby have kept me fully informed of what has been happening at every step on the way. As a result I had every confidence that the issue would be resolved.

Joby was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process — from managing delivery timings around Christmas to closely monitoring the courier and following up after installation. The mirror arrived in perfect condition, was installed without any issues, and we absolutely love it. Great product backed up by outstanding customer support. Highly recommended.

We ordered several mirrors from Illuminated Mirrors several years ago and they’ve performed consistently well (and better than one we got from another manufacturer at the same time). Unfortunately a guest snapped the cover from the charger point over Xmas on one. Alelei in customer services was incredibly helpful at sorting us out with a replacement part and providing instructions on how to fit it. All very prompt communication and really excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend!

The customer service was excellent. Alelei was so helpful and supportive with our order as we needed the bathroom cabinet earlier than stated and they informed me straight away when it had been dispatched which was earlier than stated. They kept in full contact with us from ordering to ensuring the cabinet was as we expected to be, which is perfect. We couldn't fault them at all or illuminated mirrors. Would 100% recommend. Thank you. I wish all customer service was as good!!

Speedy response to all queries, outstanding service

UPDATE: Gave up on ordering from a company with a faulty website and with customer service that just cuts you off mid-conversation. Raised far too many alarm bells when a company can't even value a customer enough to get an order placed.

Very poor. Tried placing an order using PayPal and although the money was cleared through PayPal, the illuminated mirrors website went wrong and failed to take my order. I am now in a situation where my money is gone from my bank account - classed as "pending" but I have no order. Illuminated Mirrors couldn't be less interested in sorting it out. There's no phone number, the chat function tells me there's no order and just cut me off. I want my money back but I have no way of even raising a complaint. Absolutely foul behaviour.

The mirror is fantastic. Great lighting with multiple modes, the backlighting is great for mood setting and the speakers are a great feature.

The first mirror that arrived had a couple of minor issues but my email was replied to literally within minutes and Joby was extremely helpful, expediting a replacement to arrive at the earliest opportunity. I received multiple emails to advise me of every stage of the replacement process, from build, through despatch, to delivery and post-installation. I'm happy to say the replacement is fabulous in every way.

It is truly refreshing to deal with a company with such personal customer service, a company that cares about its products and its customers.

We did have a small issue with our cabinet as a bracket was missing but the company's response means anything less than 5 stars would seem harsh. Alelei from Customer Services and Andrew reacted quickly and rectified the problem with a next day delivery which meant our bathroom refit could finish on time. Pleased with the quality of the cabinet, which replaced an older one from the same company.

Delivery was delayed by supplier problem, so not quite 5 stars. Revised delivery date agreed with Joby. Mirror exactly as specified. Easy to fit.

Joby was really helpful and attentive. She answered all questions and provided a really good service. Mirror looks great and is just what I wanted.
