IK is on of the best company all over the world. I'm a customer first, next I'm sound engineer. I speech as customer firs: I found in IK Multimedia the best customer service desirable. Alway available, always perfect and fast. As sound engineer the only thing I can say is: the quality products they offers is absolutely 10 steps forward what you are paying for. For me now IK is absolutely essential for all my mixes.

My Hammond B3 stopped working. Been trying to get it reinstalled for 3 weeks now. The installer runs normally, but when you press "install" it says that there is no access to G drive. Don't have and never have had a g-drive. Tried to get online help from IK Multimedia, which was successful at first. Now there is no answer - and I am left with a slightly flat feeling.

Prompt attention and resolution of the issue I encountered! ensuring that all my previous plugins (also the new); are now functional.

Had a problem using SampleTank 4 Automate Read Write and TechTeam were quick to advise how to change parameters. I love the synths that come with IKM and being able to manipulate the parameters after recording a track. Thanks to all who helped me!

Affordable immersive mixing monitors with self calibration. No compromises on sound. Finally a Dolby setup for the project studio. Very friendly and attentive customer service … because yes Dolby Atmos can be complicated.

The Hardware and software is great, but basically you're in your own to fix possible issues, there is not a a way to get some costumer service for setup and tech guidance for not tech savy people, you rely on The Forum and reddit post, where they teach how to solve said issues

The IK team have always been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or technical issues. I've always had good experiences dealing with them.
