Bad user exp for iLoud MTM
I am a user of iLoud MTM.
The product was indeed nice. However, I didnt expect studio monitor speaker will have amplifier failure within 4 years. So, my left side was dead after 3 years, and my left side was also dead after 4 years. I tried to google repair and found that quite a number of users in reddit had similar repair concern due to the short product lifespan.
I tried to connect IK multimedia, and it took me almost two months to eventually reach a corresponding staff for the repair. I tried to clarify the repair cost and then I got no reply again.
I will not recommend buying product from this company due to short product cycle and poor customer service.
Customer service subpar
Customer service subpar. They did not not answer my first request for assistance. They did on the second request. But they would ask one question, I'd reply, ask another question, I'd reply. It was very painstaking and tedious to try and get a resolution with no positive resolution as they can't service products from the U.S. according to a man named Daniel who replied to my email. Very frustrating.
Poor hardware quality (Tonex Pedal)
Poor hardware quality (Tonex Pedal) and no reaction from the support (ticket). Hardware works for 2 years then it died immediatly. Never again!
Do not buy the ReSing plugin!
I have purchased only 1 plugin from IK and the VST and support is horrible! One of the most expensive plugins I have (ReSing) and have never been able to use it. Trying to get help from IK is horrible as well. Takes over a week to hear from anyone. And when you do, they do not care at all. Probably outsourced all their jobs to a country where the people do not care. The ReSing plugin constantly has errors, has issues with ilok, takes up a MASSIVE amount of HDD space and trying to uninstall then reinstall takes hours and mostly fails. DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The site is a let down
The site is so bad. That you can't activate your login and suddenly you can't access everything including there website.
Poor Technical Side
Even though some of their plugins are very nice, I found it challenging to activate my license, and I still couldn't fully make it; I'm a technical person, but this is their technical side that is poor. I submitted a ticket to their support team and did not receive any response.

Support responds quickly. They replied to me literally within 30 minutes. I asked for a refund for a plugin I purchased that I simply didn’t end up needing. The money was returned without any problems. Everything was polite and efficient. I use the T-RackS 6 MAX plugin. Super!

I received my iLoud Sub on 12/31/2025 as soon as they were available at Sweetwater. I hadn't used any sort of room calibration or anything, and being in an untreated room, it was astounding how much better the iLoud Sub and ARC X made everything sound. Unfortunately, about a week after using the sub, I started hearing a static/USB type of noise that was only coming through the output from the iLoud Sub. Long story short, I reached out to IK Support after trying all sorts of things to get rid of the noise, and they were extremely helpful. After some back and forth, and troubleshooting, it was determined that the best thing to do would be to issue a replacement unit. Apparently, I was the first person to report having this issue... The replacement unit came two days ago, and I have spent many hours using it since then. The unit is working great, with NO noise, so I must've received a defective unit the first time or something. Thanks to IK for helping me get back to making music ASAP! 5 stars!!!

All I hear is IK doesn’t respond. Let me tell you. I dropped a ticket in and within 2 hours the sorted out my issue and made it better!

Leider nach zwei Jahren und der 10ten mail immer noch nicht mein Geld zurückbekommen. Sehr unserious diese Firma!!! Die IK Product Manager.app zum download der Software funktioniert einfach nicht (weder bei mir noch beim Kollegen) und ich schreibe denen jedes mal aufs Neue. Es ist nun echt sehr ärgerlich. Wenn ich doch nur einfach mein Geld zurück bekommen würde. Ich will damit nichts mehr zutun haben!!

Program will not install - no response from support.
I was going to buy ReSing Max, but decided to get the free version to confirm how it works. I tried installing on my Windows 11 PC with 32 gb of RAM, twice. Both times it failed and said to contact support. Using technical support won't work as they require info to submit the form that would only be available if it actually installed. So I submitted requests through general support. No responses at all. They have no support phone number, and no support chat. They are doing all kinds of advertising, but dont care if it won't install? I dont get it.
