The RGB kit arrived with almost no instructions. My mechanic spent hours trying to work out the wiring. Support only replied once every few days which made the process even worse.

was advised that my order was sent and delivered but checked my CCTV cameras and no-one attends my letterbox . want a refund , post office has no record, you can even ring them yourself! Poor effort !

We don't do the delivery. You must have got us mistaken with Australia Post. All our parcels are optioned with requiring signatures before they are released, and do not get left in letterboxes. If no-one is home to sign for the parcel, it gets taken to your local Post Office for collection, where you must show your ID as proof of your residence before it gets released.

Got two rear replacement light bulbs…
Got two rear replacement light bulbs for failed bulbs under warranty. Just fitted them and they are new design with different itensity to the old bulb so now one side of the car looks different to the other

Hey Mohammad! Thanks for the feedback. Most times if there happens to be any sort of fitment issues, it's usually requiring a reinstall of the headlight as a tab is likely not seated in correctly.

Amazing service from iilumo
Amazing service from iilumo! Good quality products at a affordable price. You can't beat the quality these guys offer. I have converted the old halogen bulbs to LED and they look amazing. I would recommend iilumo to anyone who wants to get their car lights upgraded.
