Reverse parking in the new Subaru Outback is horrible at night due to poor camera vision. The iilumo T15 lights are outstanding!

Beautiful, everything I needed and came with iilumo print on the item (headlight ballast). Works perfectly nicely packaged. No complaints at all. :)

Poorly made globes and horrible customer service
Poorly made globes, which damage your vehicle. The company then ignore your emails and wipe their hands clean of you and ignores your emails. If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware, you have been warned. If you want cheap Chinese made products that don't fit properly and a company that posts their own positive reviews and none of the negative ones, then this is it. Do yourself a favour and stick with STEDI!

Bought a couple of t4s and t3 and they were sent out quickly and work very well. So I bought T10 indicator LEDs and they work very well. Didn't even have to use the led relay I bought as I was expecting hyperflashing.

Purchased a set of T20 turn signal bulbs for my car. When I first installed them they were hyper flashing and causing grief.

I had to ring and chase up iilumo customer service multiple times to finally get them to agree to replace the suspected faulty bulb (I had to tell them how to troubleshoot the issue). After they replaced the individual bulb they were working okay for a couple of months.
Not a big deal - I understand sometimes a faulty item happens, but how the customer service experience unfolds is an entirely different story.

A few months later the bulbs start overheating and are hyper-flashing every 5-10 seconds of turning on my indicators. If I let them cool down I can get another 5-10 seconds out of them.

Again, reached out to iilumo customer service - I get a reply to my first email and then nothing since. Weeks go by with no response.
I try calling multiple times during business hours to follow it up and the phone line just rings out (No option for a call back or to leave a message either).
I had to log a NEW support request for someone to finally call me.
Then they suggest I need a flasher relay to stop the hyper-flashing that their bulbs are causing (due to overheating), but they are not sure which one will fit my car, you'll have to figure it out.

I spent $200 on LED bulbs for my car, and now I'm expected to purchase an additional part that *might* fit my car. But don't forget shipping either.

I had a black vue dash cam installed and was thoroughly explained the different features between models. I was advised a time and the job was completed ahead of time. The installer was very helpful explaining exactly how to use the camera and app.

I placed an order via Illumo after watching from a distance and being very curious, a couple of car groups I'm in rated them well. So I bit the bullet and went for gold, everything from new headlights on the wife's car to tail-lights and internals on my car.
Couldn't be happier....brilliant customer support and feedback, was spoken to honestly, any issues were genuine reasons not a story, they certainly went above and beyond in my experience. And products have been brilliant, at this point I cannot speak about longevity as I've only had them a couple of weeks, but everything I purchased is as described or better.

I wasn’t there in person to drop the car off or pick it up. But honestly 5/5 experience for me. Especially how the spoiler and cameras turned out. Couldn’t be anymore happier. I’d let all my mates know about them.
