i found that online you really have make yourself accountable for your time and make sure you set a date to finish and keep at it don't quiet!

I thought ICS was great, and l enjoyed doing my Diploma in Business Management. The content was easily to follow, relevant and grading was always expedient.

I could work at my own pace and had plenty of time to finish the Pet Grooming course.
They were very helpful when I called to ask questions.

This course was amazing. They were always there to help me and the course outline was easy to follow

I m happy with the online coarse I had taken , they were professional in every aspect and have no bad things to say about ICS

I liked everything about this program except I feel the context of the whole program is outdated. A lot of it was based on 2007 stats and I had a lot of knowledge about nutrition and do not necessary feel like the version of the study manual is correct. I got my certificate fast. I am rating it 4 stars just for the outdated manual. Mandy

Customer service was very helpful, informative and nice. Took time to answer all my questions and concerns, wasn't rushed or made to feel stupid. It was nice to deal with someone who treated you like you mattered not just a number. Everything went smoothly I got all the supplies I needed as soon as I needed them. Would recommend this program to anyone

My course was not accepted as certification by employers within the targeted job market. The course itself was fine, but a waste of money when employment is the goal. I regret spending so much money on something that covered skills I already had and hasn't increased my employment prospects at all.

The coarse made it very simple i worked during the day and did my schooling at night .

Given the $800 cost of the course, I expected that the material would be up to date. Although many aspects of small engine mechanics have not changed much over the time, there were many points that were too old to be applicable. The photographs were so old they were funny. The outboard engine module was only concerned with two-stroke engines, with little mention and no material on four-stroke engines. The entire course needs to be updated and edited. Overall, I'm unsatisfied.

Thanks to the ICS Bookkeeping course I was able to secure a position with in a CPA Accounting Firm and put all my knowledge and expand my experiences in my accounting career.

Quality courses. I highly recommend ICS Canada.
Easy enrolment and you can take the courses at your own pace, although I recommend a disciplined schedule.

The website and materials were user friendly.
There are three reasons I took off one star (all minor hiccups): Some of the material was outdated. I.e. An entrie chapter on how to fax, I felt, wasn't required. In the industry, fax machines really aren't used often or in they way they were. Secondly, other online education platforms generally offer options to do mock multiple-choice tests via the student portal as pre-testing tool, which ICS did not offer. So, I would've liked it, but I get that not everyone would use it and it isn't really a necessary training tool. Third: their automatic emails. I signed up for emails prior to enrolling and I got enough spam mail reminding me of sales and to enroll. Once I enrolled- they didn't stop. I was getting emails as a student and as a respective student. When I tried to "unsubscribe" from the pre-enrollment emails- I believe it also took off my student emails. Also, I didn't get an email after finishing all my courses, which is strange. (I have yet to email them to see what is next.)

The program is straight forward. Pay attention to their "schedule" guide to study outline (you can choose to update your schedule plan based on what you've finished at any point in time) it does give a fair indication of how long each module (aka reading/work involved) should take you to complete.
There is a lot of reading, although, I believe if you read material at least once; you will be able to take exams and refer back to material with ease when needed.
99% of the instructor feedback was clear (only one case I was not sure what the issue/concern with assignment was- feedback seemed like a generic copy/paste answer, but I got a passing grade so did not question it).

I already work in the field, so cannot comment on how it helped get a job. I believe it's always a good idea to stay educated with current processes. It did provide alternate ideas to put to use in my current job.

Overall, I would recommend ICS.

I found some material out dated and some wording not appropriate by todays standards.
