I wish I could give this place zero stars. Theyre the absolute worse. Time wasters, liars. I cant stand this company. I ordered something, got the tracking, eta was for Nov 12th. They lied and said they attempted to deliver. Didnt even leave a knocker. Everyone was home, no one heard a single knock. I called them the next day, they claimed they would attempt to deliver again and to wait a 3 to 5 business days. I check the tracking now 13 and it said they attempted to deliver but I wasnt there. Which is a lie. I live with 7 people not a single person heard a knock at the door. I call again to reconfirm, they said dont worry they'll try again. Tracking updates eta to Nov 17. Now it says returning to sender. I call again. They said dont worry we are redelivering your package there is a glitch in the system. It updays to the 23rd. From that point onwards. It updates to the next day all the way up to the 28th. And I still dont have the package and guess what? The package they claimed would be redelievered says its going back to where it came from and no where to me. And the stupid part is.. they have to PASS MY ADDRESS to bring it back to the sender. If I ever get a package sent from this stupid company I am demanding a refund right away. They cant even do their job right, you all should get sued.

This is the worst company to deal with, They damaged a shipment and then disposed of it without my authorization, now I am trying to get my funds back and been 3 weeks now, as well as other shipments delayed, then can't even read an address label. These guys are terrible

I recently gave a review that ICS Canada did not send my diploma after I finished and passed the course. As soon as I did I received my diploma in the mail. I retract my former review and will say my experience with the school has been fair.

What an incompetent bunch. Package was tracked by netparcel but delivery was with ICS courier that apparently can't use a buzzer system on a building even when they have a code. Phoned and was repeatedly transfered, which is just them hanging up on you. Package was sent Jan 17th from Ottawa and is still not delivered. They are now holding my package somewhere, but apparently it's a secret. They are not even scheduling it for delivery for days even though they have had all information needed for a week. Other people in my building are sharing the same experience with these guys. If you want your business to have a one star rating, this is the courrier that will deliver that for you. Customer service has it down as they don't answer emails either.

What a garbage company! My package required a signature to be delivered and they left it on my porch so it got stolen. The company I purchased from was kind enough to resend and it has been out for delivery 5 times now with them not once trying to actually deliver it! If you want to ship anything I would recommend you chose anyone but ICS!

Outdated material. SCHOOL IS NOT RECOGNIZED IN CANADA!!!

I completed home appliance repair training at ICS Canada from December 2022 to January 2023

1. Couldn't see info about error codes of appliance (in new generation of appliance you can find an issue with error codes)
2. The information was general and examples of brands were not provided.
3. I expected to read information about common brands in Canada and America to be provided, but this was not the case.
4. I was an internship with a company for three months. I learned more from them than this training course.
5. Didn't see enough information about refrigeration system especially gas circulation and fill or check the gas of this appliance
6. They didn't send me any book or link of information about appliance repair or parts.

In short, I wasted my time and money on this course, I hope you find a better training company.

I can learn anytime I want. I highly recommend this course.

Course is all American information and is outdated. As a Canadian student, it would seem Canadian information regarding Travel and Tourism would make more sense

I have taken two courses so far with a third on the horizon. The courses I took were both challenging and relevant to the industry I was trying to break into. The knowledge I gained helped me to succeed and I couldn't be more pleased with my results.

The important thing to remember is an ICS education is the beginning and not the end of your learning journey.

I was supposed to get refunds and I'm still waiting. Was supposed to get a call back today after speaking to someone and they never called back. 🙄
I will try again tomorrow. This was a course refund from 2019 and I was not even told I was getting a refund until I called in 2022.

I inquired about a course and they called me 11 TIMES within 2 hours. Major red flag!!! I told the first person I wasn’t interested and multiple employees kept calling me. I had to block the number. Sounds like a major scam.

As others have said, if I could give it zero stars or negative stars, I would.
I won't go into the long list of why I cancelled the course, however, I will say this, take your money and run.
If you do try it out and want to cancel, they attach questionable fees you will not be refunded.

Wish I could do less than one star. Material was roughly 25 years out dated; in fact, everything referenced in my ‘marketing’ module was based off of 1996 statistics and material. Tried to get a refund, and was refused. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I pay full amount. I submit my final exam in April 17, 20 and waiting for teacher to grade. but it take forever and still didn't receive any response from teacher or anyone regarding to my final exam. Then, when I try to log in, this ICS Canada just cancel my student account without telling me what happen. I pay full amount and I didn't receive grade on final exam yet and I didn't fully completed my course, but this ICS Canada just cancel my account. This is terrible. I pay full amount. I feel regret to take online course from this ICS Canada. Be careful. Don't waste your money in this ICS Canada.

This is an excellent school on many levels. From the pleasant staff and customer service. Always willing and happy to help. To the advanced curriculum. I am taking the dog training course and doing a practicum in a rescue center and have already been told they will refer me. The knowledge from the course is helping with a difficult dog And breed and difficult owner which will give experience for future work.

Honestly ,The USA has bought out ICS Canada and turned it i not crap. ICS Canada of the 90s was the best . How do i know this about the 90s . My mom who has very little education took a few programs there. This was while i was in high school. I helped her with her homework she was excited and willing to spend the time at the dinner table eagerly learning i was so proud of her.
I went to business schools and a regional University. However, i wanted a couple trade skills that i didnt possess. Just dont take their air craft mechanics and any mechanics courses that they have . ...Im telling you now that you will fail. the exams are in a good format but finding the answer to your school work is craazzzy..even after reading big jumbled textbooks they send in the mail.

My scores have never been so low in my life why ...the text book should be with this program it has the information. ..however they play cat and mouse and maze -puzzle style questions and just try to find them in the section they tell you....the words are often changed.

Good Luck..i would rather have an unaccredited certificate or diploma and a great pass mark. (With this option you will have to prove your skills on the job which many companies will still accept your certification...unaccredited means you cannot transfer to a regional university for government grants and loans ...who really cares). pay all your money and end up with a bill and low grades where you wont be able to make their work apprenticeship training due to textbook issues..

I wanted to learn to accomplish...not to fight for many hours with a vocational text book. Its not the program.

Iit is also not the answers asked for the programs . Its the meat "textbooks" ..a bit shady . Penn foster now owns.....ICS Canada . canadians and new immigrantws please brace yourselves for failure.

Penn foster is better institution. However, more expensive and more trouble at times.
If they would just bring back the old ICS of the 90s...you would be less stressed and more inclined witht he old style of leanring and testing.

Want a clue since i have been home schooling for many years now getting all the diplomas and certificates under my belt.
Check out Stratford career Institute this is our Canadian old ICS ..except they are now not accredited. This is what you need from a learning vocational program " DEAC" to add higher acceptance and more value but they are not accredited. (Bummer for us all )

They do have standards though .....an amazing institution and great people. ( But "caution"take courses at your own risks, they never ever said they were accredited with CHEA or DEAC.

al going back to school do not get discouraged. go fight with ICS and Penn foster or do as i did go to an unaccredited school get your certificate cheaper with low monthly payments and go get the job of your dreams. do a good resume and off you go.

should not even get 1 star. I enrolled and spoke with some lady and she said " oh you don't need to pay until may let me fix that for you " Well sure they took the money out of my account. I called 10 times got hung up on 6 times. I will never ever ever ever enroll in your school again .

it not valid in Quebec and I am NOW redoing my high school diploma all over again. I am so upset !!
