this company isn't good to use shipping i have cancelled my account with them and requested my suppliers to switch different shipping company to send us packages.

This is by far the least reliable courier service we have ever used. Out of all the courier companies our business utilizes, this is the only one that consistently misses scheduled pickup and delivery deadlines. When you call customer service, they issue reference numbers and assure you the issue will be handled, but these turn out to be empty promises. Following up yields no results—just the same scripted answers, automated apologies, and unfulfilled commitments. There is absolutely no accountability or actual problem-solving.

Most courier reviews get written when something goes wrong, so we wanted to write one about what usually happens when it goes right.

We're Radique, a vintage and refurbished audio dealer in Kanata, and ICS has been one of our primary couriers for the past three years. A customer recently asked us whether ICS was reliable, so we went back through our records to find out. Since September 2023 we've sent more than 170 shipments with ICS, and only two were delayed. That's a 99% success rate. Not one parcel has been lost, and not one has arrived damaged. For shipments like ours (heavy, fragile, and often 40 or 50 years old), that record means a lot. J'ai mis 1 étoile parce que je ne pouvais pas en mettre 0. Il faut une dizaine d'appels pour rejoindre le service à la clientèle parce qu'ils raccrochent la ligne. Après 2 demandes de ramassage de colis en 1 semaine ils ne sont toujours venu récupérer le colis donc toujours aucun tracking disponible après 7 jours. Souhaitez que votre colis ne transite pas par ICS, ce sera l'horreur! Pire compagnie de transport jamais vue!!!

Delivery guy is very unfriendly. I always say hello and thank you and he rarely replies. I like that I can schedule pick ups online.

The worst delivery company that exists the absolute worst experience

I'm going into week FIVE with this company having my package. They've lied to me multiple times about why they haven't delivered it, and they've lied to the vendor Clearly.ca about it too.

It turns out these brain trusts put their courier label OVER the address label on the package, and then handed the package off to Canada Post for last-mile delivery to our rural address. Except ... without the address visible on the label, Canada Post couldn't see who to deliver it to!

I know about it because the postmaster recognized the distinctive packaging when I described it -- they were pretty amused by a courier who doesn't understand you need to be able to see the address to know where something is going. Unfortunately they had already sent it back to ICS.

ICS then had the audacity to claim to the vendor (and to me) Canada Post wasn't able to "find our house"... except, um... we have a superbox. There would be no need to find our house. So that was just a bald-faced lie.

These aren't the only lies they told, but just the most egregious. Any business considering contracting with ICS should think twice. There are half a dozen reviews alone on Google about them not delivering Clearly packages! Let alone the other 270+ negative reviews there. I told Clearly that I won't buy anything else from them until they switch away from ICS.

Brutal service. Comes right to the door in our building but instead of leaving the package they leave a door knocker slip saying the package must be picked up within 5 days or be returned. Yet they provide no pick up address! No answer to the customer service line. Place is a joke. I will not order again from retailers that use these morons.

Continuous no shows to pick up booked packages. Never any communication & when you call they claim the driver cant find the address. Tried to use them a few times and were not reliable any of the times. Ended up cancelling after a week of rebooking pickups and no shows. They are not reliable.

Absolutely abysmal service. If I could give zero stars, I would. ICS Courier is unequivocally the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their tracking system is a joke, and their drivers outright lie about making delivery attempts. I was home the entire day waiting for a package, only to receive a fraudulent update claiming a delivery was 'attempted.' No one rang the doorbell, no one knocked, and no delivery vehicle even came near my residence. It is incredibly frustrating and entirely unprofessional to fabricate delivery tracking just to avoid doing the actual work. Completely incompetent and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.

I was really disappointed with their service. They made multiple attempts at delivery without contacting me. They leave no notification. I would never use them for deliveries.

Had a delivery person at my door, so I spoke to him through the camera (not knowing who he was) and he replied hello and then turned and walked away. There was no real attempt to deliver. There was 2 of us home to receive the parcel. He left a sticker at the door with NO phone # and NO address to the place the parcel was going to. I called the customer service # I found online and the first lady was very kind (*) in trying to help me but today I called back and the gentleman who answered did not seem willing to help try to fix the delivery error.
Horrible service!

Ics has been fast and efficient! Very happy with their service. Package came from Saskatchewan and delivered in vancouver. Ordered friday and got Monday morning! Very happy. This is my 3rd time with the same experience!

They suck, I used to ship with them daily.
The last pick up never happened, so I rescheduled for the next day and called, I talked to someone thankfully I asked for a reference number they assured me it would be picked up shortly.
Now it's 4:45 pm no one has come by so I call again, the ref # is not there, this person 'escalates' it and says it will be picked up by 9pm. Guess what it wasn't. Now it is Monday I cancelled shipment went with Canpar, 2:10 pm Canpar has it

Well it's ICS here to pick up even tho I cancelled it.
So if you are shipping stuff don't use them don't, just don't. Because now you have an upset customer to make amends with.
I might add this has happened a few times, I now have reinforced trust your gut.

I live in a seniors complex with 6 buildings and 364 suites. We have numerous entries to these building with main doors at each building. The ICS delivery person came to the right building but unfortunately i wasn't home. They stuck a delivery slip to the outdoor but didn't put my name or suite number on the slip. Just mar ked that they attempted to deliver and that it was for residential and not business. Just so happened that I came home just as he was leaving and i was the first one at that door. Why wouldn't they put my name or suite on the delivery suite. What kind of service is that. It would only take 2 seconds to mark my suite down. What if someone else took it off the door to deliver it to the right person. They would not know where to take it. Will never want to use their service.

They called me to tell me the PO box I own is not an address while the PO box is in the post office building. These people are beyond useless. Don't ever complicate business with them !!!!

This is the first time i've ever dealt with this delivery company. And it will be the last because I will tell the company I order from if they use them. I will not order again.They've had my delivery in transit from forty five minutes away for twelve hours. So when I call the finder, what's going on? Because I said home all day first. The guy's like the driver. Has it like okay? Then? He's like today was the first liver tempt. I'm like, no wasn't because I've been home all day. Oh, well, the delivery driver has it okay?We're at, he puts me on hold, and then comes back and tells me that he contacted the depot forty five minutes away.And I apparently wasn't on their delivery schedule for today . It's like it told them they need to leave it no matter what.Because a simple fact is, I took all day off today.And i'm not off again now until next week.And i'm not driving forty five minutes each way to pick up a package that they could have delivered today. Horrible customer service didn't know what to say or even.What was happening and horrible delivery service?Because you're not even delivering the paris so that you have had in transit for twelve hours from forty five minutes away. I'll be contacting the company because this is ridiculous.I never even heard of that.You're not on the delivery schedule for today.You have package, you have it out, you deliver it i mean, I need this package.It was supposed to be here by now.Now it's late.

My experience with this company has always been bad. My packages are never actually delivered — they just leave a note on the door. No one even tries to call or send an SMS notification.

I usually try to avoid this delivery company, but I ordered again from a shop without checking who the delivery provider was. Now I honestly do not want to order from this shop anymore because of the delivery experience.
I don’t understand why it is so complicated either to deliver my order properly or allow an easy pickup. Today I am absolutely done and wanted to leave this review.

If I had the choice of ZERO stars, I would choose that option. ICS is the worst courier service known to mankind. PLEASE improve your service so that businesses like ours can give you a solid 2 stars!

IF i could leave a 0 star rating I would. this company is the most unreliable courier service I have ever delt with. my package was shipped next day and its now over 1.5 weeks and keeps going back from Toronto to Montreal / Laval - the package is marked are incomplete address to damaged to out for delivery to now who knows what.
I call multiple times to see where my package was and they are saying that its in one city even though the scan says a different city and they can't explain. I have created service claims to find this item and left my number (which should be on the package as well for them to call if there was issues) but still have no answers. I even offered to drive to pick this item up but they don't know where it is. supervisors refuse to take my call or call me back with an answer. this is by far the worst service i have ever seen. if you ask me I would advise to NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY. Uber would do a better job to get your package to where it needs to be.
