Despite my scepticism, advertising in print media for my online business worked sensationally well. Hurst are an amazing company to work with - holding my hand throughout the entire process and making sure it was the right publication.

I saw an advertisement in The Sunday Times magazine (Homes & Gardens pages) a couple of weeks ago but had thrown the magazine away and I wanted to trace the company to place an order so I contacted Hurst Media. From the very little detail I could provide - in effect only a description of the picture that accompanied the advert - Kyle spent an inordinate amount of time and energy tracing the company and contacted them to verify he had the correct one then passing details. I have now placed an order of almost £600. Without doubt Kyle went above and beyond, both for the company that advertised and for me a reader of the newspaper. Well done.

She was so helpful and I felt like she was there every step of the way of my publication, she was extremely patient and even went out of her way to help me choose my article pictures!
