Great customer service. Prompt, friendly and eager to solve the problem. A screw broke on the back of the unit and the send me a brand new device. Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent shopping experience. Fast shipping, well-packaged product, and everything arrived exactly as described. Communication was clear, and the customer service was professional. Very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy from this store again. Highly recommended.

I purchased a W04CG unit in December of 2025. I like the product and its features. It is easy to use and comes with nice accessories. I had a setting that was wrong and it seemed to malfunction. The customer service was very responsive and solved my issue right away. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and support.

I got some issues with my huepar laser and on no time thes have shiped another one to my adress, I have 4 huepar laser AND they Are ALL great, customer service is perfect AND I will Deff buy more stuff from them

The huepar lasers are amazing for the price. The laser is very bright and accurate. Customer service just as amazing. They replied extremely quick and answered my questions. Will definitely buy from huepar again.

Quick response on a question for a manual.

The Huepar tools are much better than their competitors. I stopped purchasing from big brands and switched to Huepar.

From contacting Huepar to resolving the issue was such a breeze. Simple questions and answers which made the process brilliant. Resolved the issue by sending me a brand new Lazer, which I’m over the moon with. Brilliant

I ordered a Huepar earlier for DIY because the cheap laser level just did not hold level. I have more features and ease using Huepar.
I recently had an issue with Huepar and discussed this with customet service, their responses were prompt and resolution fixed my issue.
I cannot recommend this organisation and its products enough.

For me, the thing that makes me really appreciate a large company is the customer service and communication and HUEPAR excels in both departments.
I had a small issue develop with my S03CG laser level and it was still within the 2 year warranty so I got in touch with HUEPAR customer support to talk about options and Carina Xu responded fantastically, after a bit of back and fore in emails and I have been sent out a brand new level and it’s been upgraded for free to the S04 model.
Faultless interaction, brilliant response and restores my faith in tool manufacturers.

They hear you and find a solution.
Great customer service.

Had some trouble with my purchase, but reached out to the company. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy....

Couldn't ask for anything more.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

THANKS AGAIN!!!!

The Huepar ZK04CG laser is every bit as good as any other brand name laser I have used! On top of the exceptional quality, the the company stands behind their product and warranty. They have excellent customer service! I had a mishap with my laser and the company took very good care of me and actually sent me out a replacement. They stand behind their warranties! I will continue to recommend these to all of my contractor friends.

The laser came with a defect, impossible to charge the battery and when using external batteries it would last for one hour and half maximum. I sent an email to huepar. They came back to me the same day, asked for some details. Next day a new product was sent. Efficient team.

Very helpful, no issues are you recommended?

I purchased a Huepar laser level for a deck construction project a few years ago, and recently on a current project the unit got bumped loose from a metal post it was magnetically attached to, and the horizontal beam stopped working. I contacted Huepar, and even though my unit was out of warranty by three years, they were able to offer a generous discount on a newer model. Their customer service person was very responsive and very helpful. The newer model now comes with a five year warranty.

Tuve una experiencia realmente positiva. Me atendieron con amabilidad, respondieron todas mis dudas y me hicieron sentir valorado como cliente. Se nota que les importa brindar un buen servicio y eso marca la diferencia.

Excellent customer service! I purchased a Huepar laser level about six months ago, and it recently stopped turning on. I contacted Huepar, and they responded quickly and are sending me a replacement. I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation and stood behind their product. I would definitely recommend Huepar and would purchase from them again.
