I had a problem with the ring I bought, I had pre payed for insurance on it. However, when I asked for it to be properly fixed, they said they wouldn't do it. I experienced very poor customer service and will not be shopping at that store again.

I bought a pair of earrings and when I left they were not in the box. I had to drive all the way back to the store to get them. I got back just after closing and had to knock on the shutters. They put earrings in the box only to find out that the earrings did not have backs on them. I had to drive back the next day to get the backs. Extremely frustrating experience. The manager apologised but it was overall not a great buying experience as the earrings were for my birthday. It’s a good thing my husband took me along rather than wrapping them up, would have opened up an empty box!

The 20% discount was confusing otherwise everything was fine

The store was very clean and tidy, the staff were very professional and helpful overall a really good experience buying my new ring.

Good choice of jewellery available and reasonably priced for the value. Initially seen by a member of staff very quickly and shown to the type of jewellery we were seeking. Left to look over the choice ourselves etc but then very difficult to get a member of staff to attend to us. Distinct shortage of staff compared to number of customers. When eventually served staff very apologetic, knowledgeable and attentive.

Very helpful staff good pricing and the watch was fitted onsite by the shop assistant. Was able wear it out of the shop.

I came in for a quick spontaneous purchase and spoke to Amy. Amy is an absolute credit to your store and brand. She was very helpful, attentive and reassuring with my purchase. She took the time to listen to my needs for a gift and don’t rush me into making any decisions. She was really pleasant, polite and very professional. What an absolute star she is. I would hope to think she would receive the praise and recognition she deserves as I am now and will always be a loyal customer to your brand and that store. This is the 2nd purchase recently and Amy assisted with both. I’m when the position becomes available in my organisation I will be approaching her for a role, without hesitation.

The shop assistant was very courteous and polite. I felt that she gave me every assistance in helping me to choose the items that I was looking for.
Very pleased with the customer service and the items I bought and I would be happy to go there another time. Although I am disappointed that the local store has been closed down during the Covid outbreak and will not be opening again.
