I took my 12 year old to get her ears pierced. She has learning difficulties and is also deaf in one ear. We were seen by Ellyse who was absolutely amazing. She put her at full ease, showed and told her exactly what she was doing at every single step. This was amazing to see and witness. She was totally attentive at all times. We walked away with one happy 12-year old with pierced ears, and a smile on our faces thanks to Ellyse

Called into white rose store yesterday to enquire about getting my helix pierced, spoke to the loveliest girl called Ella.
Ella was so helpful said they did do piercings etc and put me totally at ease as I’d previously had this part of ear pierced before and had a very bad experience.
Ella sat me down went through everything and we chose a stud for my ear, she then pierced the ear and I honestly didn’t feel a thing, it never bled and wasn’t even sore or tender after.
Safe to safe I’m super impressed with Samuels and the customer service provided, to provide solution too to clean and care for the piercing too was an extra touch.

I want to pass on my thanks to Sîan for the excellent personal service she provided when I recently purchased a ring. I have had some bad luck with other rings but from the moment when I stepped into the store until I finally picked up my ring yesterday Sîan has been totally professional and attentive to my requirements. She made sure I was satisfied with the style of ring I choose, taking the time and care to ensure it was suitable. We then went through the sizing process and she gave me the confidence that the size I was ordering was not tight but not too loose that I might lose the ring (as had happened before).
Throughout the whole process Sîan has been a delight to deal with.

My mum, sister and I decided to have spontaneous ear piercings. Amy took the time to explain everything to us, showed us the options available and carefully went through the procedure and after-care. She was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. We didn't even know H Samuel did piercings but we're so glad we went! Thank you Amy!!

Well after a visit to the store in the white rose centre in leeds what can i say apart from disgusting customer service a young girl approached us asking if we needed help yes i replied wanting to look at Eternity rings she then turned to a young man and said what are Eternity rings he replied i don’t know 🤦‍♀️ so at this point she said do you need to speak to a Diamond Expert NO i want to look at eternity rings i will decide what Diamonds i want so decided to leave the store if they couldn’t be bothered neither could i so went somewhere else where they knew what Eternity rings were missed out on a good sale H SAMUELS shocking service Train your Staff 😡😡

Great customer service, even though they was about to shut they still let us come in and helped chose the right jewellery, 10/10 customer service and amazing jewellery.

Got my little girl a ring this morning the lady was so lovely ayshaea so helpful

Absolutely disgusted, bought a bracelet for my daughter with a 2 year warranty and it snapped and dug into my 2 year old daughter wrist, was very sharp but lucky enough we got it off in time.

However when we claimed on the warranty they replaced the item, but then said we now need to pay for a new warranty with the same bracelet, I find this really poor as we was told it would last 2 years and now we don’t have a warranty as im not paying again as it should still be valid for another year and a half as we only had the bracelet for 6 months.

Kind of like buying a car with warranty and the engine or gearbox breaking it would get replaced under warranty with new parts, not charge for a new warranty just because you have claimed lol. Mental.

This was not made clear what so ever when we bought the item in the first place and we was not told we would have to pay for a new warranty if we ever claimed.

The girl didn’t care what so ever. Sarosh I think her name was.

Didnt even attempt to get a manager just gave us a customer service number to call.

After being messed about by another retailer and getting a refund my partner and I visited H Samuel in white rose Leeds to look for an engagement ring.After speaking with Zoe the manager we chose the perfect ring.Zoe couldn't be more helpful if she tried from showing us various rings to ensuring the right size my partner needed.From the management down to the staff they was all extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell.We ordered the ring on Saturday and had a text from the store by mid morning on the Monday to say the ring was ready to collect.we cannot fault the service we received and would definitely buy from there again

We went to the h.samuels in white rose centre leeds to get my second ear lobe pierced and just wanted to say that the staff there are lovely,kind and very reassuring. I would highly recommend coming here if your getting a piercing rather than going to some high street shop.

Went to purchase a watch for my son at the White Rose branch. Great service from Malik made the purchase a pleasure.

Got my ears pierced from here in feb this year. I took my earrings out for 1day while at a waterpark, tried to put them back in that evening and one of the earrings wouldn't go back in. Attended the White rose branch , who couldn't advise and were very unhelpful. Lack of professionalism and didnt really seem to care. Zoe the store manager was very unhelpful and rude who said she didnt no to everything I asked and couldn't help.
Didnt expect this from your company.

Lovely when taking your money (although a lot of information was misleading and contradicting from one sales team to another, clearly very sales driven) when it came to collecting our wedding rings there was no customer service we felt like it was an inconvenience us coming to collect our order they were pretty much thrown at us and that was it done. If it wasn’t for a certain brand of ring we wanted and we could only find from here we would of 100% gone somewhere else.

Called into H Samuels in White rose centre Leeds to purchase a watch on Monday 20 December. They said that is would be in store to collect Thursday 23 December so paid in full. Received a email the next evening saying that the order was cancelled as out of stock. They also said in the email that my card wouldn’t have been debited. Paid part card part cash. I rang the card company and they had taken the money from the account. Rang customer service and waited 20 mints and when it connected they just cleared the line Tried again and after been told after 20 minutes wait number 1 in the queue a an automated voice said that they could not take the call and to leave my number and they would get back in 48 hours. As this was Christmas gift I now have no way of getting my money back to go else where as it takes days to re credit the card. Why are they taking orders threy cant full fill and why are customer service so bad.

My partner bought a £6,000 engagement ring August 2020 from the forever diamond collection. October 2021 it broke.. the halo Inc diamond bent forward during the night and whilst removing from my finger in the morning it came off entirely.
Spoke to hsamual who kept asking what I had hit the ring on even though I had said I do not live a lifestyle that requires me to use my hands for anything but typing! they took the ring away for analysis..2 weeks later they called and said I was at fault for breaking the ring and I would have to pay for damages and that's only IF they could fix it.
Do not waste you're time and money they don't care what you have to say and have zero empathy.

Great service in the white rose at Leeds. Just took a little while to get served but the staff were very busy. Would recommend this shop
