We were promised our order with in a week, the rings were twice as long arriving then when the second ring turned up it was the wrong size.
It was eventually resolved but not happy at the fact I had wasted journey and the cost of fuel .

The staff are welcoming and let you browse without pressure which is great. They are always polite and friendly even if you are not a big spender but on a budget. I have used them several times in the past and will continue to do so. I always manage to find what I need and can highly recommend

We were just looking at the rings and decided it has been a while since I bought my wife a new one so we went in to try some on. The staff were attentive and helpful, we chose a half eternity ring and ordered one in the correct size. I paid for the ring, the insurance cover and even £1.99 for a cleaning cloth.
Today 15/04/26 went in to collect the ring it was the right size and fitted nicely.
We were surprised that no ring box was offered so my wife wore the ring out of the shop. Luckily she has an old ring box at home to keep it safe in when she isn't wearing it.

The member of staff that served me was so polite and really helpful, even though I wasn't spending a lot of money...

The staff are amazing friendly it is great to find this level of service and i will be back to buy some more lovely pieces i have seen

Member of staff was helpful and polite.
However after paying for a gift box and the necklace being put in it when I got home and opened the box it was not displaced how I thought it had been in the shop. I will call into your Southampton store when I am there next (I live in Salisbury) and ask them to attach the necklace to display how I thought it had been. This is an 80th Birthday gift so want it to look nice when the box is opened.
