Extremely pleased with our Howdens Kitchen. Anita from the Crayford branch was a delight to work with, and really understood what look we were after and understood my OCD for things being symmetrical. We visited many months before the building work started and she was great when we had to bring our puppy with us as had no-one to look after him- and had the kitchen delivered 5 months before it could be fitted due to building issues. Anita was great dealing with any tweaks we wanted and any issues with the cupboards when they eventually got fitted. We were so happy with the service we ordered our flooring from there as well. Hopefully she can come out to visit to see the kitchen and the 2 dogs :)

We are so delighted with our Howdens Kitchen. Anita from the Crayford branch was so easy to communicate with. We asked her to visit months and months before the building work started - which she was happy to do. This gave us time to really think about what we wanted and to make any changes. She was propmt in replying, and really happy to make any changes as we went along. On her final site visit she has some sensible suggestions which have paid off.

Great service & help from start to finish. Anita was always available with any queries & organised deliveries to suit timings requested. The delivery driver went above & beyond which is very rare now days.

Just purchased a kitchen from Dartford. Anita came over to measure up & sent me some fantastic drawings within 24 hours. Delivery was prompt, quality of the units was great and price was even better!! I’ve fitted hundreds of kitchens over the years and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Howdens to my customers. 👍

Always a first class performance from this branch of Howdens . Been using Lee Twin for many years , himself and the rest of the team are very professional in all that they do, from design to providing materials to complete my various projects.

I needed a new kitchen and didn't know where to start. After finding a builder I found Anita at Howdens in Crayford. She was amazingly helpful, full of suggestions and really listened to what I wanted/could afford and was always on the end of the phone if I had a question. Nothing was too much trouble. When a sample worktop could not be found in store she took me out to the warehouse where her colleagues got one down from the storage area and I was able to look at it with the cupboard I had chosen for my new kitchen. During the kitchen fitting a problem arose whereby I realised a worktop wasn't what I wanted. She readily helped out by sending me pictures of alternatives and outlining to me ordering deadlines for next day delivery. The new worktops arrived in the next day so no time was lost with the kitchen fitters. I would thoroughly recommend Howdens Crayford and Anita. All in all I love my new kitchen. Whilst its small and nothing will change that the storage solutions suggested by Anita have really helped 'find' new space. If you are planning a new kitchen fitting then go to Crayford Howdens and ask for Anita!

Anita at Howden’s Crayford has been superb throughout entire Kitchen design / purchasing process from start to finish. She came out to complete the initial consultation, measured up & provided us with a virtual 3D plan, helping to bring our design to life. After a few changes & much patience from Anita we finalised our kitchen. Everything was delivered swiftly & the end finish is great. Very pleased with the quality so far.
