Howdens - Crayford Anmeldelser

We had an extension planned and the builder recommended Howdens.
Our first meeting was with Anita at the Crayford branch we went through all the options within our budget the advice from Anita was invaluable and she continued to manage the purchase and delivery making the process as stress free as possible.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen and the continued support we received from Anita.

I was looking to add a small kitchenette to the project I was doing, I was also cautious because my finances had run down. My contractor suggested Howdens and i have no regrets. I like the simplicity of their credit line because on the day, I thought i won the jackpot, as I was able to collect most of the order on the day and my project progressed. Special thanks to Dan, His customer service skills were top notch!

Very helpful and patient from the start with excellent communication. The delivery and stock availability was surprisingly good meaning no delays. The way the kitchen came together was spot on! Quality of product good and returning unwanted items was easy. The complete experience with Howdens was first class.

Very helpful and insightful from start to finish.

I look forward to working with them this year 💪🏻

We have been working with Anita for a few years now, we are very comfortable with letting her deal with our clients directly without any input from ourselves. Anita has a great eye for detail and always goes above and beyond our expectations. If we have any questions or need clarification on any aspect of a kitchen order she is always quick to respond with a relevant solution, this also transfers to anything to do with Howdens as a company, we will often contact her directly for any orders of general goods knowing that she will swiftly organise whatever we need. 10/10 Anita. Absolute credit to Howdens !!!

Anita @ Crayford Store
Entire process was stress-free and Anita came up trumps with a superb design for a utility room ... so pleased that we plan to have Anita design the kitchen too.

We are over the moon with our new kitchen. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. The designer, Anita, was a dream to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and really helped us make the most of our space without compromising on style.
Lauren is also extremely friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Only just opened an account very efficient and easy to do received a great welcome pack looking forward to seeing what they have to offer

Excellent service. Simon Baker was brilliant. Thank you

Brilliant!
Anita designed my kitchen for me brilliantly and then when she went away on holiday the rest of the team that I spoke to were so helpful. Brilliant service

I recently had an urgent need for a new fridge after my old one broke down on the run up to Christmas. In a panic, I turned to Howdens, and I am so glad I did!

From the moment I reached out, Anita and the team were incredibly responsive and understanding of my situation. They helped me select the perfect fridge that met my needs and budget. What truly impressed me was their ability to arrange for delivery and installation within 24 hours! This was especially remarkable given the busy holiday season.

The delivery team arrived promptly and were both professional and courteous. They handled the installation with care and ensured everything was set up perfectly before they left. It was a relief to have a new fridge just in time for the festive season, allowing me to prepare for my family gatherings without any hassle.

I cannot thank Howdens enough for their outstanding service and support during this stressful time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quick and reliable home solutions. You’ve earned a loyal customer!

Anita helped us choose and design our kitchen. She did a fantastic job and recommend an excellent fitter who implemented it exactly as designed. Excellent service and fantastic result. Thanks very much.

We couldn’t be happier about our new kitchen and especially the design and suggestions by Anita at the Crayford branch.
Anita was the total professional. She was friendly, listened to our ideas on what we would like and kept us informed at every stage of the design.
We would highly recommend her and Howdens for their helpfulness and beautiful kitchen.

Always very helpful and competitive

A big thanks to Anita and the team at the Crayford branch.

Anita’s help throughout the design and installation process has been invaluable. Her attention to detail made the process incredibly straight forward which was very welcome given the number of options there are to choose from.

Our new kitchen is amazing. The fit and finish are first class.

I would certainly recommend Anita and the team when you come to choose your new kitchen.

We went to Howdens (Crayford branch) as we were looking to purchase a new kitchen. We had been to other similar companies, but the service we received from Howdens was exemplary compared to others.

We dealt with Anita there designer from start to finish. Anita was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After making initial contact, Anita came out and measured our kitchen, she listened to all our requests and on receipt of our design drawings and visuals she had understood our requirements and we were over the moon with what she had visualised.

We then went into the branch to meet with Anita to run through the design and pick the finishing touches. Her knowledge and approach to our requirements was outstanding, helping us to pick our sink and taps and providing advise.

We ordered our kitchen and it arrived within a week, no long lead times or unforeseen issues, everything was spot on.

We had our own fitters to fit the kitchen, which we are so pleased with.

I would highly recommend Anita. I’m so glad we used Howdens as I don’t think we would have received the same expert experience with other suppliers.

Very happy with service and communication at Howdens Crayford. Always somebody else around to help if our designer James Caplehorn was unavailable, who by the way saved the day when there was an issue with the fitters ,by turning up to the property immediately. Very professional and helpful in lots of other ways too. Extremely happy with the finished kitchen.

From planning to delivery Howdens were excellent, James at the Crayford branch was very helpful with the planning and advice he was also very quick to respond to any questions. We were very pleased with the quality of the product.

Anita provided helpful advice while designing our new kitchen, and we were happy with the end result. There were no issues, and they matched a quote from Wren. Having a local branch to get extras, etc., was helpful, vs was waiting for delivery. I would recommend Howdens for a kitchen.
