The kitchen design and ordering process were handled to an exceptionally high standard from start to finish. The design phase was professional, creative and tailored perfectly to meet our requirements, with great attention to detail and practical functionality.
The ordering process was smooth and clearly communicated throughout, giving us confidence throughout. Delivery and installation were completed efficiently and with excellent workmanship, resulting in a finished kitchen that exceeded expectations in both quality and appearance. What truly stood out was the level of customer service provided throughout the entire project. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, with every question or concern handled quickly and effectively by our Howden’s designer Anita Venables. Thanks to Anita for designing our dream kitchen.

She was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted, I will now be passing on to my customer to review. We are in love with our kitchen
We are in love with our kitchen. The whole experience was stress free from start to finish. Anita form Crayford branch was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for her help and expertise. She came to measure and listened to our ideas and used her knowledge to help us tweak things and we are grateful we listened. Our kitchen looks stunning and the quality is outstanding. Thank you!

Howdens were 5 star right from the beginning from there customer service from Dan with advice and help with the right products , and answering all our questions , to when
Anita came out and measured up and was so helpful with advice for ideas for our new kitchen , and got to drawing up our vision straight away which we couldnt be happier with , and was quick with getting our quote and date for our kitchen to be delivered, from beginning to end 5 star service couldnt recommened them enough

Anita has been great to deal with, came out to measure up, happy to deal with questions and help with designing the product for the space. When I experienced a minor issue with an order she dealt with it promptly and efficiently!

We had a great experience from the design, delivery and customer support from the Crayford branch for our new kitchen. We used a fitter recommended by Howdens who did an amazing job on installing our kitchen and new flooring. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I have been using howdens for years for…
I have been using howdens for years for kitchens and joinery,crayford branch especially is great,very knowledgeable and helpful staff,
In particular I’ve just had a project that needed re designing several times and Anita was very accommodating.
Dan and Tom on the front desk know the products very well so get me what I need very quickly so can be on my way.
Products and prices great and competitive.on the rare occasion of an issue very quick to sort.
