Great product, great support
Great product! For the most part the device works really well as promised. I did experience a bit of a charging problem, but Cheryl in support was very responsive and helped me get back up and running quickly.

Cause I couldn’t return after two weeks! Most people have 30 to 60! Now I’ve thrown away 200.00.

Thank you for your review. You bought the item on 23rd January, and tried to return it in March. That was more than 30 days. And our returns policy is clearly shown on our shipping page.
At no point did you confirm if it was opened, and we did try to work with you but you refused to speak with us or provide any details.
If it was unopened (again you never said even though I asked), we may have been able to arrange something, and if it had been opened we could have looked at our exchange policy.
I am sorry you were disappointed but it is very difficult to help, if you won't speak to us.

I highly recommend this product, PULSE SOLO LUX!
I had questions about the product and customer service was quick to respond with detailed information that helped me decide to purchase the product.
The product, PULSE SOLO LUX worked as described and I use it often. My only wish there was some sort of stand to help hold the device so it is easier to charge. I use an old pill bottle to help hold it so the magnetic charge cord connects on top, which seems the best position to ensure it remains charging.

Pay very careful attention to their "satisfaction guarantee." They don't tell you that you'll pay full price for the new item -- the retail price, not the discounted one shown online.

I am very sorry you weren't happy with our satisfaction policy. However, you purchased our lowest priced product (the JETT), and when it wasn't suitable you asked to exchange to the Dragon Eye Essential, you were asked to pay the difference in cost (RRP) of those two items ($30 plus the shipping charge - $8.95), hardly full price, ($99.95).
I am sorry you were disappointed but our policy is clearly stated, and you wanted to keep the original toy (which you had said didn't work for you) but you never came back to us to arrange the exchange after we said you would need to return the JETT. It is hard for us to help, if you stop replying to emails.
I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and I hope you now feel more clear about our satisfaction policy.

Had a pulse duo..
Had a pulse duo... loved it. The new solo was not as well built.. didn't perform the same. Just bummed really. Spend more you'll be happier with the top end products.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have found the SOLO LUX isn't as enjoyable for you as the DUO, it is actually more powerful, with a deeper PULSE, and stronger motor. We do have a 45 day satisfaction policy for products purchased from our website.

Pulse Solo Lux — Charging Method Sucks Eggs
Pulse Solo Lux — The only way to charge it is with a flimsy and unstable magnetic connector that breaks if you look sideways at it. I have already had to shell out another $15 for a replacement charger cord after only a short time,e - the previous one just disintegrated. Ultra poor design and cheap quality contacts that are incredibly fragile. The device itself works, assuming it can be charged. It takes some getting used to. But treat the charging cord with kid gloves.
