Shelia was very helpful with my booking and understanding of my circumstances and the urgency.

The agent was not listening to the reason I called, “ which was to ask what the latest checkout time I could get was.” because I had the hotel app on my phone and I am a member of IHG so I could book through my app. Then proceeded to lead me to believe there was only one room left, and if I did not book, I would not be able to get a room. Not being familiar with the area I was booking in. I booked with this woman. She charged me 50 extra dollars there was several rooms still available. The hotels elevators did not work and when I went to wash my clothes, the dryer did not work. I was not offered a solution to that problem. As a elite member of IHG, I was very disappointed with the service I got through that agent.

It was quick, easy to understand and Traci was quite helpful

David was awesome and he spoke English i would love to deal with him on a daily basis

Stephanie did a great job listening and helping me get a room One suggestion that I would have to improve the service is reading back the terms to me was rushed and I couldn't understand it all

I received the best group rate at an excellent hotel.

I was not able to get helpful phone numbers or confirmation of transactions

Booking Process

The hotel recommended ended up being a disaster, (dirty, bad odor, uncomfortable and loud noises directly next door. I had to leave and now have the uphill battle of receiving a refund. $187 for a horrible experience. Never again!

She was very dishonest. I asked if she worked at the hotel location bc Vandy patients have a special rate and free parking. She said she did but that wasn’t correct bc I had to pay for the room upfront and when I got to the hotel it was the wrong rate and parking was not free. The room was close to $194 and it should have been $149 and free parking. I learned all of this when I arrived at the hotel. I told her I have never paid for the room upfront and she said it was the policy which was also untrue. I could have paid at the front desk when I arrived like we have in the past.

They Said would call back in 5-10 minutes, however I received no call. I had to call back and go through automated process again after 20 minutes. Recommended I email to resolve issue. The email they provided has not responded to my email after 7+ days
