I would absolutely recommend this company 100% We ordered an extra large TV unit which we are thrilled with. Ordering was very easy and the photos on line we're a true match to the product. Communication was excellent with the ability to change the delivery date. Delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were helpful. The piece was extremely well packaged with multiple layers of protection. The product is very well made and of great quality. Terrible finish on the Heritage Chest of Drawers
Received my chest of drawers on Wednesday 16th September after weeks of waiting (in fairness, this is the same for a lot of furniture companies), but when I opened the box the furniture had chips, and had a horrible finish as it clearly had never been sanded down. I managed to push the box open to see the drawers and there were also gashes on the front, so I wouldn’t even be able hide the top with ornaments.
Organising the refund was easy enough but is dependent on it reaching the warehouse, and being able to repackage, so luckily I didn’t rip the box open. I’m still not sure when the pick up will happen (it’s Monday) and typically this would be fine if I bought a small item, but I have a huge, heavy box sitting in the middle of my room which I now can’t use, I can’t move it as I have a chronic condition, I haven’t got a chest of drawers and now I have to wait for a refund so I can buy another one elsewhere.
I’m just annoyingly inconvenienced and disappointed more than anything as the reviews for this company are generally very good and the furniture looked great from the pictures. It’s a shame.

It should have reached you in a condition you were happy to put straight into your home. We understand how inconvenient it was to have a large, unusable box in your room, especially when you couldn’t move it yourself.
The item was originally due back in stock in October, but it arrived early. We dispatched it straight away, and it was delivered just over two weeks after you placed your order. We appreciate that the quicker delivery was little comfort once you saw its condition.
When you contacted our customer service team, we arranged collection for the following Monday. Your refund has now been issued. We’re sorry we let you down on the quality of the furniture, and we’re taking your feedback about this range seriously.

Really helpful delivery from Jim and Nick with our new garden furniture set. Easy off load and getting it to the right place was no problem - which it would have been if I’d been on my own.
Had furniture from HomePlus before - another really good turnaround from order to delivery and Jim and Nick sorted it at this end without a second thought.

I love this place
I love this place.
Having lived in Ashford years ago, and been a regular visitor to the old warehouse shop, I was delighted to discover on a recent visit back there, it has since moved into the town.
I went for a ‘browse’, and came away having purchased a new sofa, floor lamp and some dining room chairs!
I wanted more stuff, but it’ll have to wait. 😬
I love the different things this shop sells, it’s great for a browse, and the styles on offer seem just seem a bit more alternate to other generic, high street stores.
The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff at the store.
The delivery arrived on time with good communication ahead of delivery day.
Thanks to Jim & Nick, who got caught in the worst rain we’ve had in months when dropping the stuff off.
I love my new furniture 💖

Items was delivered on time to the room…
Items was delivered on time to the room of choice (upstairs), however, the delivery people dont unbox, due to being blamed for any damage. I have just had an op on my wrist so it was very difficult for me to unbox the item. Other than that happy with my new cupboard.

Problematic company
What a terrible company sent me a bed with a damaged side rail and no hardwear parts or instructions. Left me nearly 2 weeks sleeping with no bed. Finally after daily promises parts were sent it reached me. Today a knock and no idea of a collection. Rude woman I had to call to ask what was happening as again no notice. Told damaged side rail will be sold as seconds and they want it back. This would have been fine if they advised me. But no email advised this and wasted more of my time, if u want half items delivered and over a week chasing, go to this company. Had to repeat myself over 9 times and email daily. Also had to sleep with no bed. Pathetic company and quality of service very poor. Never will I shop again also slat x3 are cracked towards the ends poor quality item delivered after nearly 4 weeks ordering

We’re sorry to read that you remain unhappy with your experience. We fully appreciate the disappointment of receiving a bed with a damaged side rail and missing components, and from the point these issues were reported, our team made every effort to resolve them for you as quickly as possible.
Replacement parts were arranged and sent, and we also provided a £70 refund as a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience caused. While the original side rail had cosmetic damage and was understandably not in the condition either you or we would expect, it remained functional and could have been used temporarily while the replacement was being arranged.
During this time, our team responded to a considerable amount of correspondence, including multiple emails on some days as well as telephone calls. We completely understand that it can be frustrating when something goes wrong, and our team will always do their best to help. We do, however, expect our colleagues to be spoken to respectfully while they are working to resolve an issue.
When you spoke with our manager regarding the damaged side rail, it was explained that this would need to be returned following replacement. We do accept that advance communication regarding the timing of the collection could have been better, and we apologise that the collection itself came as a surprise.
We are also sorry to hear for the first time in your review that three slats are cracked. Had this been raised with us previously, we would of course have investigated this alongside the other issues, and we remain happy to do so.
While we’re disappointed that our efforts haven’t resulted in a more positive experience, we’re confident that our team has made every reasonable effort to put matters right, including supplying the necessary replacement components and providing financial compensation for the inconvenience.
We will take your comments regarding the communication surrounding the collection on board and wish you all the best with your new bed.
