Ordered bedside tables and dressing…
Ordered bedside tables and dressing table.
One of bedside table top was not as it should be . Customer services sorted it quickly.
Dressing table 3 drawers either side middle section needed to be joined together .
No instructions included and it was disappointing as assembly components made it look cheap.
It looks nice but drawers are very difficult to open as they don’t run smooth and the bottoms ones once open take forever to try and close.
Update **
The response from Homeplus furniture is very not very acceptable.
How you enjoy using the furniture after I’ve commented the drawers are difficult to open and are almost impossible to close.
Once built they won’t accept returns .
Make sure you check the drawers before building.
Just to add the tops of the dressing table and bedsides are also slightly rough ( not finished off) in places.

Great after sales customer service
Ordered a larder cupboard online which had some damage not spotted until couriers had left. However the after sales service was exemplary, everyone I dealt with in the team was responsive and helpful, I was immediately offered an exchange or refund and the replacement unit was delivered promptly. I was a bit worried about buying a big item of furniture online but am extremely happy with my Grey painted Cambridge larder cupboard. Highly recommend HomePlus Furniture as a business.

Excellent Quality, great price and service
The quality of the set of drawers is really great. Love it. Saw them being sold at a lot od different online stores but Home Plus Furniture were much cheaper. Really very happy. Delivery was smooth, was given a time slot for the day and then the driver called 30 minutues before he arrived. They carried the drawers up to the bedroom. Great service, can't thank you enough and saved over £200! :)

Rubbish compared to previous pine units
These replaced pine units. The pine units were so much more sturdy than these. For the price these werent worth it by a long way. The only saving grace is the solid wood tops. The drawers are shallow and lightweight. Just another case of being fooled by an internet description and picture. So now we not only have substandard replacements but have to find another way to store the clothes that dont fit in these two units… and in the long wait for these we donated the pine units to charity! What a lose lose.
