If minus rating possible, I want to give that. Worst customer service. Bought premium dinning set and chair broken within 6 months. Though product is under 1 year warranty, no resolution since 2 months. Multiple complaints raised. They are completely fraud and irresponsible. Beware

We purchased bowls and after few hours decided against it as they were not suitable. To our surprise they don't have refund policy and only credit note. This is absolute cheating as all stores including online do have return policy. Also the store in phoenix mall doesn't have full range to make use of credit note. The worst customer service
The worst customer service. I called them 7 times to return my items. Every time I’m promised that the rugs will be collected on the following day. No calls received and no rugs collected. They cancelled my return request after 9 days. I called again to complain but no resolution yet.
Low quality service
The worst experience with a furniture store. I have ordered a bean bag that was supposed to be a birthday gift for a little girl whose birthday was on Jun 8th. The item mentioned it will be delivered in 2 working days, however no delivery was made until today Jun 9th and I had to buy another gift instead because I had to. The customer service were even worse, not only the did nothing but also lied directly at me. One lady answered and confirmed it will be delivered in 2 hours which did not happen obviously. I asked for the manager and I was told that he's busy with a phone call and will get back to me but he didn't. This is not how you treat a customer. I will never order again from home center store ever in my life.
P.s I still did not receive the item.
VENTAS A LA BRAVA DE SALDOS
Hace 6 días compré por internet una MESA REDONDA KARE, el envío lo hicieron 2 días después de manera parcial, de 2 cajas recibí primero la de la tapa de la mesa, reclamé por la falta de la caja de la base y soporte o tubo pedestal. A las 2 horas llamó el transportador diciendo que se le había quedado en el camión y que me lo llevaría más tarde. Una vez se completó el pedido procedí a la apertura de las cajas y revisar su contenido. Faltaban las tuercas y demás accesorios para el armado y el tubo cónico del pedestal tenía un desperfecto por golpe en uno de sus extremos. De inmediato presente a través de la línea WhatsApp de Homecenter el respectivo PQRS y también llamé al número telefónico de servicio al cliente. La respuesta que recibí era que ya habían “escalado el caso”, al día siguiente me llamo una señora de nombre Diana, para que le mandará evidencia fotográfica y así lo hice, luego me llegó un correo pidiendo que enviara más evidencias a un correo. En vista de tanta dilación, entré a la página de Homecenter donde aparecía el pedido como entregado, pero tenía la opción de “DEVOLUCIÓN”, de inmediato la active, me dio un código (13681) con la instrucción que llevara el producto a cualquiera de sus 42 tiendas. Lo lleve a la tienda de Cedritos, donde no querían recibir la mesa en sus 2 cajas, y me tocó tomar un registro fotográfico del área DEVOLUCIONES, para dejar constancia que ahí dejaba el producto. Esta es la hora que se están haciendo los “locos” para no devolver el dinero y presionar al cliente a recibir un producto deficiente A LA BRAVA. Esa es la POLÍTICA DESHONESTA DE HOMECENTER.

Hace un mes pedí una cotización para mi nueva cocina, la visita costó $60.000 y ni una llamada, nada, si así es para una cotización como será para la entrega.
Toxic fumes from bunk bed
We purchased a bunk bed for my son, on the shop floor looked good. After finally receiving the bed which was delayed the smell of the wood throughout the night caused my son to cough so much he nearly had an asthma attack. The fumes coming off the furniture are toxic. We have filed a complaint to return and replace with a unit that does not have a toxic smell. Still waiting on a proper response and still with the bed off gassing in our home. It is unacceptable
Terrible service
I ordered a kitchen cabinet. Delivery supposed to be next day, they sent message at 9pm it’s out for delivery but still no delivery. There is no number you can contact, “chat now” is not opening. The next day they delivered, not even a call to confirm. When I complained and asked about assembly they said they offer only on larger items, I consider they should offer according the level of difficulty of the assembly. This furniture has like 100s pieces and is super difficult to make it. It was one missing item also to attach the door, I sent email about it. They never get back to me. First and last time I ordered.

Their vouchers are not working which were purchased through magicpin and their staff is not willing to resolve the issue. I recommend not to use homecenter or magicpin if you would like buy anything from them.

Compré una ducha no me la probaron como hacen en las ferreterías, y cuando el mismo día me la instaló un electricista experto no sirvió. Me fue al otro día al Homecenter de la avenida Cali , Tintal y me la recibieron disque para devolverla al proveedor de eso ya hace 15 días y no me han dado ninguna respuesta, esa gente son una partida de ladrones. Me toca poner la queja ante la Superintendencia. Para que me respondan. No los recomiendo ni a mi

Compré un sofacama, lo entregaron en fecha diferente a lo anunciado, cuando no nos encontrabamos, dejaron el mueble tirado en la portería y no lo subieron al 4o piso porque les dijeron a los de la portería que tenía un costo adicional cosa que no sabíamos, lo mismo no nos informaron que poner las patas del mueble tenía costo adicional estoy poniendo una denuncia por intermedio de confederacion colombiana de consumidores, recomiendo a todos los afectados que no les respeten sus reclamos hagan la denuncia a esta organización es gratis.
I bought a over-priced mattress…
I bought a over-priced mattress thinking it would be of superior quality. After using it for 3 months, I can feel the springs and mattress had been deformed. Contacted helpline many times for warranty claim but no positive response from their side. Everytime I call they ask me to call back after 2 days and after 2 days same is repeated. I'm sick of their gimmicks. It was a disappointing experience with homecenter. Please do not waste your money to buy anything from them.
This company is simply dreadful
This company is simply dreadful. I ordered a bedframe and two mattresses online which were never delivered after over a month. I had to change the delivery time twice but never got a delivery. at one point I got a call from a delivery driver at 8:30 pm (in Ramadane), and having waited for him for four hours, he never showed up nor did he call to apologize. I tried to call the driver but he would just shut my call down. I sent many emails and called their customer services many times but nothing was ever done, apart from telling me that an email was sent and I would get contacted within 48 hours. This experience stressed me, and I would never go through this again and would not recommend it to anyone. One star is a star too many for this company.
Experiencia decepcionante con el servicio de entrega de Homecenter
Lamentablemente, me veo en la necesidad de compartir una experiencia negativa que tuve recientemente con Homecenter. El pasado 29 de marzo realicé un pedido con la promesa de que sería entregado en mi domicilio al día siguiente. Sin embargo, hoy es 02 de abril y aún no he recibido mi pedido. Ante la ausencia de mi pedido, decidí contactar al servicio al cliente, donde me informaron que mi ticket sería tratado con prioridad y que debía permanecer atento a mi celular y correo electrónico para recibir actualizaciones. Desafortunadamente, no he recibido ninguna llamada ni correo electrónico con información sobre mi pedido.
La situación se torna aún más frustrante dado que, debido a la urgencia de los productos que necesitaba, me veo obligado a desplazarme personalmente al almacén para recoger mi pedido. Esta situación no solo ha generado inconvenientes en mis planes y compromisos sino que también ha desvirtuado la conveniencia y la confianza que esperaba al optar por un servicio de entrega a domicilio.
Entiendo que imprevistos pueden ocurrir, pero la falta de comunicación efectiva y la necesidad de tener que gestionar personalmente la recogida de un pedido que se suponía sería entregado a domicilio es inaceptable. Esperaba más de una empresa con la reputación de Homecenter, y es desalentador enfrentarse a estos problemas, especialmente cuando dependes de la puntualidad y la eficiencia del servicio prometido.
Espero que este feedback sirva para que Homecenter revise y mejore sus procesos de entrega y comunicación con el cliente. La satisfacción del cliente debe ser una prioridad, y, en esta ocasión, definitivamente no se cumplió con este principio.

Is there anyway we can select less than one star 🌟 this company obviously has no pride. We ordered a piece of furniture online. DONT DO IT! They don't have delivery. They may be liying or they just don't care. No call to announce arrival they just say they came by but no evidence. Were home all day (4 days now) , wife waited out front all day today. No attempted delivery as they had promised. This is a typical HC managed issue. Going to find another vendor! Don't order from their online. Delivery completed after 2 weeks of this post. It was a nightmare w/o simple coordination. We will avoid ordering from this company online in the future!
Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I chose express delivery, and paid 250AED extra for that. They were 2 hours late, but NO ONE called me, and I could not get hold of anyone who could provide me with information regarding the delivery.
When they arrive, there's a part missing! So they have to get back the next day. So I have to waste another day waiting. When I call the service center afterward regarding this issue, they tell me someone would call me up and talk to me. Been calling back to them 4 times, but still no call back!
WORST DELIVERY EVER! - Do Not Order
Me and my wife visited Homecentre in the Mall of the Emirates. We spent over AED 10,000 on Furniture and Household items.
Within this order, we were told we had to spend over AED 1,000 on Household items in order for it to be included with the Furniture delivery, which we did. We asked for a delivery date of March 18th and made plans (such as a day off work, arranging Move In permits and access cards) for all the items to be delivered. We chose a time slot of 12:30pm - 3:30pm as our community doesn’t allow delivery after 5pm.
Two days later, we went to Homecenter again and bought a bed, under the guarantee that it could be added to the delivery of the Furniture items we’d already purchased. The staff member said the system wouldn’t let him put March 18th and that he’d put it as March 21st on the system and then manually override it to March 18th so that all our furniture would come together.
On March 16th, we were told that the other bed was still on the system for delivery on the 21st, rather than the 18th, which had been guaranteed by 2 members of staff and was the only reason we were happy to proceed with the order.
After countless calls back and forth, we were promised the issue would be resolved. Then on the 18th, we travel all the way to our new villa waiting for delivery. We receive just one bed rather than two beds. Then we realise they also haven’t delivered our Household items and only the Furniture.
Staff are completely unhelpful, unprofessional and, quite frankly, extremely dishonest. We were missold the service and were lied to about delivery dates. I’d strongly advise against shopping here!
La peor experiencia en compra en línea
Compré un clóset con instalación. Se supone que llegaba de una para otro, pues no, se retrasó el envío. Llega el closet y nisiquiera lo suben, lo dejan en portería, diciendo que la subida e instalada no la hacen ellos.
Luego agendo la instalación por donde me piden hacerlo (no lo hacen ellos mismos) me quedan mal, sin ninguna razón aparente, llamo y me piden reagendar, lo hago, y así llevo 3 veces que no han llegado y no dan razón.
Pido que me devuelvan el dinero de la instalación, y me responden que en ese número solo agendan instalaciones. Me dan otro número de teléfono, luego de 10 minutos de preguntas con una contestadora automática, me dejan en espera por 10 minutos más y finalmente cuelgan. Esto sucede 4 veces más. El nivel de negligencia, desinterés por el cliente, y falta de seriedad de esta empresa es increíble. La peor experiencia de compra en línea posible la dan Sodimac / Homecenter. Mediocridad en su máxima expresión.

shocking!!!!! I ordered furniture and was told it would be delivered at 730pm. i then got told it would be 930pm. I finish at 3pm and waited until 10.30pm for the delivery that never arrived. I spoke to 5 people in customer service who all confirmed it would be delivered. feel very let down and stupid waiting hours for no delivery!!!!
