I had worst experience with home centre, first of all noone should buy any home centre products through online, first of all they are providing low quality goods and if we try to return the item they will not come to pick the same and try to extend till 14th day leaving us in trouble, worst worst experience ever,

Compré un filtro de agua del chef master en homecenter, dice que debe contener 14 litros... ¡mentira! En la parte inferior donde está el agua purificada hay unos 5 litros de espacio y en la parte superior unos 3 litros....la entrega también fue muy mala, en lugar de los 3 días que prometes, tardaron más de 2 semanas. Entonces... manténgase alejado de homcenter.

Pesimo servicio de instalaciones, me han re agendado 3 veces y no me cumplen, tengo un panel para tv en caja, he llamado, he enviado quejas y la linea me dicen todas la veces q el técnico tuvo un inconveniente y no pudo realizar la instalación. Realmente no los recomiendo ya que al momento de la compra prometen de todo pero para cumplir son pésimos

I had a very bad experience twice, which means this is common on home center and that is what is read in the comments here too.
I placed an order and set delivery for today from 10 to 2Pm. 1 PM still nothing, i called their call center,sir your delivery is scheduled three days later, ok, then who changed the delivery date, i still see it scheduled for today, their answer was always do you want sir to reschedule 😔, no i want you just to know who change it and why. I spare you with other details, but please just run away from them, ordered in same period from other competitors, they were in time.
So thank you HomeCenter, but this is the last time i will biy from you.

Compré dos bibliotecas, pagué el armado de ellas y desde que me las trajeron he escrito para que vengan a armarla ya que pagué mucho por eso, pero nadie me responde, escribo y me dejan en visto y se supone que si compro un articulo es porque lo necesito, no es para que me lo dejen en una caja sin armar en la sala de mi casa, por favor que debo hacer para que me reembolso el pago del armado y espero que por éste lado me respondan

Very poor customer service. Took a sofa set from home centre and when it got delivered it had a very bad stink. First I thought it could be because of packing so i waited for a day for it to go!! But now its three days and the stink is not gone. When I complained about it they just registered the complaint but no action is taken in this regard!!! Pathetic after sales customer service!!

Poor Quality and Even Worse Customer Service
I recently purchased a bed from Homecentre, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within a short period, the bed developed serious issues—fungus growth and moisture absorption that caused the plywood to bend and chip off. This is clearly a result of poor manufacturing and substandard materials.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of urgency and concern from Homecentre when I reported these problems. Despite reaching out with a detailed complaint, the response was slow and unhelpful. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
I trusted Homecentre for quality and service, but this experience has proven otherwise. If you value your money and peace of mind, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I just wanted to let you know that there is no help or assistance of any kind. I had to move cities on an emergency basis a day after I received the new product. I sent them an email requesting assembly service in the new city. It has been a week, 15 emails and 15+ phone calls. Zero accountability. Horrible service ethics. This company is a blot on the landmark group. I wish no one supported this poor excuse of a company

Mi hijo firmó
Cuando llegue a revisar mi nevera la movimos con mi esposo
Y resulta que tenía un rayo. Y roto
De una nos fuimos para Homecenter de acá de cali
Y comenzamos un proceso
Con fotos pruebas y otras cosas más
Esperando respuesta
Ayer nos dicen que no procede por qué mi hijo firmó
En conclusión me dejaron el nevecon dañado y no quisieron hacer el cambio
Ya que los de la transportadora la dañaron

If minus rating possible, I want to give that. Worst customer service. Bought premium dinning set and chair broken within 6 months. Though product is under 1 year warranty, no resolution since 2 months. Multiple complaints raised. They are completely fraud and irresponsible. Beware
