Low quality product
I purchased a Faris 6-door wardrobe, which arrived with a damaged left side panel. After filing complaints, they replaced the panel. However, during installation, the delivery team damaged the right side panel due to the product's fragility. The wardrobe emits a potent chemical odor, which is harmful to my family. I've decided to replace it with a different model and have asked the customer care team for a discount, but my request was ignored.

I paid 1.2 lakhs on my table back in August to one center in Hyderabad inorbit mall explaining I live abroad. They deliver us the product during October. We have been making the complaint since then that we have received the faulty goods. We had 3 people in total for inspection and 3 people cancelling the appointment due to no response but we recieved no contact. Out of the 2 people who can 2 people raised it as faulty and 1 person raised it as used and broken and the warehouse team and the staff and the inorbit mall along with the managers and staff have not only been rude but also very manipulative and making us chase here Nd there and also saying we will only replace the chairs when they know if a marble is at fault it is not any easy to move and dispose. When they are aware of the faults and the crack the it clearly that is clearly visible to all but this one inspector who came. I am really doubting the staff of the home centre and the company. I will certainly raise this issue with the consumer court and for blaming a customer ho has been complaining constantly regarding the issue and being told its customers misuse, it it a hard marble cannot be broken or checked just liked that if it's thought logically jus with few dishes even if used, it looks like the company is making me question if the sold us a duplicate marble and that that we don't live in India so it ok to sell and they would not realise. They want to exchange the chairs no prob but not the major product. It really looks like a laziness and paying a blame game. I'm asking if they cannot replace it the provide us with a full refund. I get told we will call we will look into this and no one calls till we chase, and they keep raising new issues and cases for the same problem. I'm fedup of these people we trusted them cause of our long term relationship and no one would like to have an old/ fake/ broken pieces of equipment in a newly built home. The issue has been going on since October and yet has not been resolved we spent lakhs of rupees to travel from UK to hyd and from guntur to Hyderabad requesting our relatives to come for the exchange and guess what they keep changing the date. Please message me if you need proves and please do not buy from this branch or company

I have received a dining table with 4 chairs on Sunday,4th Feb..the person who came for installation couldn't fix the chairs properly.. the screws were not fitted properly.. so for this we registered a complaint on Monday 5th feb . After that we received a message from the customer care that the installation person will come today 7th feb. But to my disappointment the person didnt turn out. So i again called the customer service to know the reason, but the female executive Meera was so rude n uninterested in talking by just giving lame excuses . This is totally unacceptable . I WARN people to not order or buy anything from Homecentre .. PATHETIC SERVICE & PATHETIC EXECUTIVES.

In-store and Online Chat Woes:
Seeking resolution, I approached Homecentre's physical store, only to be told that in-store personnel couldn't assist with my issue. Additionally, the online chat feature, which should have been a convenient alternative, proved to be dysfunctional. This lack of accessible customer service channels added layers of complexity to what should have been a straightforward process.
Conflicting Information from Call Centre:
The breakthrough came when I finally connected with their call centre, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, they claimed no record of my complaint, only to later acknowledge its existence. The confusion didn't end there; I was told Homecentre hadn't contacted me, and subsequently, they couldn’t do anything about my complaint. This contradictory information was not only perplexing but also indicative of a disorganized customer service system.
Lack of Accountability and Resolution:
When I attempted to escalate the matter by filing a complaint about the lack of communication, I was bluntly informed that no one would contact me, and any further inquiries would be met with the same response. This dismissive attitude underscores a serious issue with Homecentre's customer service ethos.
Product Quality Concerns:
Beyond the service issues, it's important to note the product quality. My experience with their home products, particularly bedding, has been disappointing. The durability is questionable, as the bedding did not withstand even a single wash cycle. Moreover, the 14-day policy for support is inadequate, especially when coupled with their unresponsive communication channels.
Final Thoughts:
This experience has been eye-opening. Homecentre’s lack of effective communication and resolution mechanisms, combined with poor product quality, is alarming. Prospective customers should be aware of these potential issues. It's not just about the products you buy, but also the post-purchase support you expect to receive. In this case, Homecentre has significantly missed the mark.

Secondly, the delays in delivery have been incredibly frustrating. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, but this has become a recurring issue with Home Centre Delivery. It is highly inconvenient to have to rearrange my schedule and wait for extended periods of time for a delivery that was promised within a specific timeframe. This lack of punctuality is disrespectfulI have experienced instances where the delivery personnel have arrived hours after the agreed-upon time, without any prior notification or explanation. This not only disrupts my plans for the day but also demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time.
As a loyal customer, I expect a certain level of service and reliability, which unfortunately has not been met. I urge you to address these concerns immediately and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment I have endured due to these repeated failures in service. A Nightmare Experience with HomeCentre India
I recently had the misfortune of purchasing furniture from HomeCentre India, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. I purchased BIANCA NEST OF TABLE - GOLD UNIT but due to improper installation by the HomeCentre team, the product got damaged which was a manufacturing defect. After raising a complaint I received disappointing customer service from the HomeCentre team saying after inspection and taking some random pictures they concluded that the damage was done by the customers which was a lame and pathetic excuse. They directly closed my ticket without my consent.
In conclusion, my experience with HomeCentre India has been a colossal disappointment. The combination of poor product quality, lackluster customer service, makes me strongly advise anyone considering purchasing furniture from HomeCentre to think twice.

I did online shopping from Home Centre.
It's been two weeks and I haven't received the delivery or refund. I have been chasing customer service through emails and calls. They have the most dishonest and unprofessional team. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received any response from the Home Centre.

AlQasimiah, Sharjah. Extremely bad service. We have been waiting since 1pm for our furniture to arrive and now its past 7:30pm they still did not deliver it. Our delivery slot time was from 1pm to 4pm. The driver calls us early in the morning around 9am and says he is coming within an hour or he will come in the evening at 6pm. We told him to come on our selected slot time. At 1:30pm we called their help centre Mr. Masaad (call centre agent) assured us the furniture will be delivered within the slot time before 4pm. At around 5pm we get a call from them informing us the driver will come at 6pm. We had no choice but to wait. Then again past 6pm we called to check and complain, to that they replied to us “why are you worrying we will get it deliverd by today”. So no apologize for the delay on their part, no accountability nothing. And after contacting the driver, he tried to blame us for the delay, that he was coming in the morning but we said no, he did inform us thar he will deliver by 6pm. But still he did not deliver even at 6pm. And now they are saying he is stuck in traffic and the driver’s phone is off. So we are canceling our order.
Totally misleading service
Totally misleading service. They are cheating customers by putting up misleading pictures and including additional details in small letters. Ordered a dining table set and when it came only the table was there. The pics even had the fabric of the chairs as reference. Called them back and they say its not possible to replace . Told them that I can return the product within 14 days, says as per T&C, and then they say they cannot take back furniture assembled. How am I as a customer, supposed to know whether this product wud be assembled at home or otherwise. I have escalated to a manager who never calls. the staff keep saying manager will call who never calls. Either i need a complete refund or you can replace the product for me and I can order something from Homecentre even at a higher cost, but a product that suits my requirement and not something sold to me misleading.The agents are not helpful and a manager who is never there. Fraud company
I had bought a sofa set worth Rs.2 lakhs in 2021 December. Within six months of purchase, the fabric of the headrest part of the sofa began to move. It eventually became completely tore. I bought this from home centre in bangalore Phoenix mall. When I went to the store and spoke, the store manager told me to speak to a fabric section handler called Satish. He said it is still under warranty & he will email to the concern department etc. Later I realised the fact that it was the store people tow until the warranty period was over.
When I called the customer care, I got to know that there is nothing they can do about it. The reply was no to the question of whether I could pay a reduced amount of cash and help in any way. When we went there to register a complaint, a customer who came to buy furniture sat on a chair and saw that it broke and fell down and sprained his leg. Please no one buy from home center specially phoenix market city bangalore. Lately, I am releasing that even if I had gone to a normal shop and made a purchase of 20 thousand rupees, I would have got better quality and service than this. This review is to prevent others not to fall in their scam and whatever happened to us should not happen to anyone else again.
