Very helpful & friendly

All good except the topiary balls I purchased one had some greenery missing luckily there were some more so I was able to look through them and choose another

Went for a click and collect order yesterday and hadent really got a clue what i had ordered. When i got the order the plant pots was beautiful and i wanted some more 12 more 🤣 A fabulous member of staff brought my order out called John O and i can’t explain how helpful and friendly he was he’s a treasure to your team. He showed me where they was and only had medium size out in store so he went out the back to get some more and some was chipped so went out his way to find ones that wasent chipped and helped me to the till as i now had 3 trolleys

It was so lovely to come to a store and recieve help and such excellent customer service.

I was also served by Kristina who again was so helpful and helped me refund some items and purchase the rest

Fabulous service from Julie and Holly, went out of their way to advise me on best option on buying paint on 3 for 2 offer. Worked out a great savings for me. Helped fined extra stock. Very friendly, a pleasure to shop there today.

Polite, on time and extremely respectful, when Florian and George delivered our package I wasn’t there, but they helped my wife by carrying it through the gate so she didn’t have to struggle with it, excellent attitude and respect, two excellent staff members, they get five stars from us!?!

Order processed quickly. 1 item not in stock but got a phone call to advise and refund arranged automatically. Easy click n collect process- order ready on trolley (many bags of compost) so much quicker than loading trolley myself. Seamless.

Your employees carry out a first rate job service and polite

Ordered and paid for 2 pots of fence paint as shown online for call 5 minutes later to say only 1 in stock so would refund the difference to then be told it will take 3-5 working days to go back into my so could be waiting up to a week due to weekend not happy at all

I went into Homebase Cannock because I was lost and needed some directions. I was met by Mia who was so helpful and even went onto the internet to find the place I was looking for and then made a note of the detail for me.

Product was ex display but i wasnt aware of this at time of purchase. It was supposed to be a christmas present that i now have to store built somewhere. Said they had tried to call me but i had no missed call

Found what we needed

I ordered paint online for collection from the cannock store. That evening Zoe rang me from Homebase to explain that one of the items I'd ordered was not in stock. She wanted to avoid me having any disappointment and offered to mix up the paint instore for the original price. If only all places offered this quality of communication.

Website easy to use when using click and collect. Staff polite, friendly and efficient.
