Brought some play mats and was Served by teresa such a lovely lady and very helpful massive credit to the store

I brought a (Powerbase) 1400w lawnmower whilst on sale from £90 down to £70, was a little skeptical of buying a non branded mower however surprisingly it is very good quality, seems to be built well and has more than enough power to cut the grass to a good standard without cutting out or clogging up. Also the collection box holds alot of waste and fills up with no ease as the mower is very powerful. Very happy with my purchase !

Jan was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right plants for my pots. I am very happy with them!

Teresa is so lovely. Always extremely helpful and quick to please. We had a query about a plant I was buying and expert Rod rushed to the scene, bringing knowledge, humour and understanding.

I bought something via click and collect but inadvertently ordered an incorrect item. Liz was very helpful when I arrived at store and sorted out correct item and processed difference in price. Excellent customer service.

I bought a beautiful rose but if it wasn’t for Angela I think I would have killed it very quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot about roses.

I went to the Chester Rd Sutton Coldfield Homebase, my Son and I were looking for a plant pot for the olive tree I bought for his birthday. There were lots to choose from and quite reasonably priced.
My Son decided on the 40cm Green Delta , however there was no price showing. My Son asked a member of staff ( Rod ) if he knew the price, he was so pleasant and helpful he searched for the price on all of the Delta pots and told us the price of the 40cm which was £15 after a 25%discount. However after I purchased it, I checked my receipt and it said £16.50, I went back and queried it with the cashier ( Helen ) who was very pleasant and acknowledged the mistake and I was reimbursed .
All in all a lovely hour spent looking around the gardening section.

A huge thank you to Rod in particular, who went over and above to help me when making a very large daunting purchase of terracotta pots for a school project. Himself and Callum loaded them into 4 big crates and into my car boot. Rod sorted everything out even the back of my car as I didn’t know how to put the seats down. Thanks again for your time and kindness. I’ll be back with the crates asap!

Was after some work gloves. Didn’t quite get what I was after but a £4 pair for a bit of lifting and carrying this weekend can’t be bad. Super service from Teresa and a tasty sweet to be had too. Many thank!

Angela in the Sutton branch was amazing, it's not often these days that customer service staff are happy to have a conversation longer than 5 seconds. Angela took time to help me choose the right plants and I will definitely return for my planting needs!
