We managed to pick up an item without a barcode. Ann quickly gained the support of her manager Jason to resolve this. Then Jason saw how we were struggling with the large item, so he went outside and got us the correct trolley which made it easier to move the item to our car. All in all, the team at Homebase New Oscott are very responsive to customer needs.

The assistant that served us was the best customer service person I have ever met. He was really friendly & extremely helpful. He was a real credit to the store.

I brought a faulty lawnmower back to store 08/07/24 and spoke with Mohammed and Teresa both members of staff were polite efficient and their customer service was excellent

Great customer service, friendly helpful staff

Popped to Homebase looking for some ceiling paper and wallpaper, they have a very good range of choices, I went to the checkout with my choices of paper, and was served by Ann who was very pleasant We had a bit of a banter, which made me feel very special as a customer, Ann was very professional and obviously very good at making me feel very at ease ,I will definitely go back to Homebase again it really was a uplifting visit

Always a lovely time here with the staff, this time both Ann and Jason helped resolve my problem and they did a wonderful job with a smile and a giggle.

Friendly helpful staff notably Helen ( hope I gave the correct name) who sorted out my refund for laminate flooring, who is always cheerful. Staff in general are helpful and willing to carry heavy items to the car.

Jason was so professional and helpful, he even carried my items to my car, now that’s not service you often get in current times. Thank you Jason you are a credit to your company, due to this I will definitely shop at Homebase Chester road again.

Not much to judge as it was a click and collect , the young lady always seems unsure. When a customer was checking if the other 2 items were in the same package. Weird enough it was the same young lady that messed up our BBQ urgent delivery date. Lucky the management team was amazing to correct.

Came to get our BBQ, Angela and Maria were very helpful ladies who not only got the BBQ on the trolly for us but also put it in the car for us. We really appreciated the help.

Absolutely lovely staff down the homebase in sutton coldfield. Very helpful and took their time with me as im not very well and have a bad leg. Very respectful and polite. A big thank you to Teresa for helping me with my shopping list and shopping to the car. Please can this be noted by a manager of some sorts to ensure the correct appraisal is given. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

Teresa and Callum both went out of their way to locate an item we were looking for

I had a little wait due to the print machine not working to enable to have a receipt for an item placed on order. This wait was made much more pleasant thanks to the very lovely assistant named Liz. Liz could not apologise enough despite the fact it was not her fault and she could not have given a better service.

Today we visited Homebase new oscott, looking for plants. We spoke to a lovely lady called Angela who honestly couldn’t have helped us more! She has a great knowledge of all things plant related and pointed us in the right direction of how to get rid of pesky slugs and lily bugs!! She is an absolute credit to your team.

Very helpful staff, in garden centre Angela was very helpful, honest and well experienced.
