2nd time purchasing from. Hollywood mirrors and never had an issue items always received in full working order and no damage even though it could happen. Couldn't comment on customer services as never needed to use them but what I can say is I have received quality products everything

Amazing product, dispatched quickly.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. mirror turned up late and we had an opening night at our new shop. We had to use the mirror for obvious reasons for costumers to see their outfits but when opened, the mirror was cracked. We had to use the mirror as we had no alternative and because we did this they would not accept an exchange. Terrible costumer service and now ignore my emails and calls. The other mirror that came was fine but now the bulbs keep on going out. Try to find an alternative if you can. Very disappointing.

Would also like to point out that the reply below is absolutely untrue and they would not engage with my solicitor and the mirror turned up cracked. The other mirror I ordered now has 8 bulbs that don’t work. Don’t trust this company, they also don’t help to resolve as stated. Would love to talk with the owner on the very poor service.

In response to your email below. You provided one bulb for the faulty bulbs and then wanted to charge for the others which are not cheap. As for the solicitor communication I would be happy to list your response on here and the communication from my solicitor, would you would like me to do so? I’m sure you wouldn’t. Would love to have a chat to you on the phone about your comments regarding the broken mirror and bad service.

My 12 year old daughter has wanted a Hollywood Style Mirror for so long, I’m so pleased that we came across HollyWood Mirrors online! There were different mirrors to choose from so we choose a mirror that fitted her dresser which was the Houston! Delivery was quick and easy, installation was so simple and the finished result is amazing! She is so pleased with it and it was an added bonus that she can play her music through it! Highly recommend!

Pre ordered my hollywood mirror before i bought my first home as i knew i wanted something fancy for my dressing room. When the mirror arrived it was just as described, such good quality and everything in tact. It really made a statement in my new home🥰Would recommend to anyone.

The mirror has beaten my expectations and has completely levelled up my whole makeup routine✨ It’s huge and exactly what I wanted!! So beautiful, with so many amazing extra features, like the different light settings and USB which means I can charge my phone, whilst getting ready…Bonus!
